AUTHENTIC TRUTHS IN ADDICTION

HOST: LISA WENNINGER

Hello, this is Lisa, and welcome to Authentic Truths. Thank you for joining me today. This episode comes to you with a focus on our personal mental wellness. Walking through life difficulties, such as addiction, loss, and abuse, we find ourselves going through different emotions and feelings. Often, people are dealing with depression or anxiety, and worry and fear bring them deeper into these episodes. But we don’t have to live there. We don’t have to live as prisoners to what we have experienced in our past. Many people have overcome these obstacles, and I know you can, too. Freedom is yours.
