Table & Well was founded April 1st, 2020 and our mission is to “Develop relationally powerful people, communities, families, and teams so that we can be the safe healthy family of God that the world and we need. We do this though the lense of Relational Maturity.
The Life Model and the Maturity Indicators are some of the pillars that have influenced and compelled us to create Table & Well. Those Maturity Indicators are the primary framework that almost everything we do is built on.
Join Tennison and Ginelle as they introduce you to The Life Model and it’s Maturity Indicators and explain the impact it has and is having in their lives and the lives of those they serve. The LIFE Model suggests that people need five things in order to thrive:
1. A place to belong
2. To receive and give life
3. The capacity to recover from things that go wrong (de-synchronizations)
4. To mature as they get older
5. To live from their identities (hearts)
