You’re His Masterpiece, child
And placed in His hands
You were created by Him
Before time began.
His purpose is you
You’re part of His plan
And made in His image
By the great, “I Am!”
Then that moment in time,
You confessed all your sins.
You believed Jesus suffered,
Died, and then rose again.
You once were a sinner
But now you’re a saint.
You’ve been washed in His blood
And possess a new name.
By the stroke of His pen
Jesus wrote your name in.
In the Lamb’s Book of Life
When He took all your sin!
You’re wrapped in His love
For all of your days
Now He leads and He guides
By His mercy and grace.
You’re sealed and secure
And you’re now born again,
With a sure guarantee
By the stroke of His pen!
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus as Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with the mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” Romans 10:9-10
