Will You Heed the Mandate?

Will it be My voice and heart that you long to hear?

Will you heed the Mandate

given to you,

tell Me, My children

what will you choose to do?

Will you daily count the cost

of what it means to daily carry your cross?

Will your eyes be fixed forward towards home,

not looking at what you’ve lost?

Will you daily choose My Words to obey,

or simply turn and look the other way?

Is what I offer of more value than the earth?

Tell Me My child, in your eyes, what am I worth?

Is it My path on this journey

you’ll choose to walk,

is it My Words you’ll offer others

each time you talk?

Daily I watch and listen intently

as you journey along your way,

to light the path that you walk

so you’ll never be tempted to stray.

Each day holds choices you make

and I wonder if it’s My choices and hand that you’ll take!

Will you doubt what choices I’ve made for you,

or will you willingly follow not doubting what I do?

Will it be Me that you choose today,

will I be the One you seek out to pray?

Will it be My voice and heart that you long to hear?

Am I the One with whom you long to draw near?

Does your heart burn to know Me more?

Are you asking Me for My oil on you to pour?

Will you fulfill the Mandate that’s been placed upon you?

This is My question, My child,

I’m asking of you?
