What We Believe Will Define Our Lives

After believing in the saving power of Jesus Christ, other forms of belief will follow. Those additional forms of belief will change how we form our worldview and express our faith. I recently reviewed some of the additional expressions of my faith.

I believe in the overwhelming supernatural power of God demonstrated in the person of Jesus Christ through the Church. I believe in the existence of a real and active devil and his demonic minions who carry out his mission to steal and destroy what is good. I believe in the reality of angels who are commissioned by God to intervene in the affairs of humanity and who have been assigned to be the guardians of those who believe in the Lord.

Anything less is a powerless form of religion, an uninformed spiritual reality that offers no way forward in times of trial and trauma. We have entered a time in history where what we believe will determine how we move forward in this life. It will also define the kind of faith that we have adopted and will become the testimony of our lives.
