Rebuking the Devourer

September 15, I heard the Holy Spirit declare, “I AM REBUKING THE DEVOURER OFF OF YOUR LIFE THIS MORNING! THOUGH THE ENEMY HAS COME TO STEAL, KILL, AND DESTROY, I HAVE COME TO GIVE YOU LIFE AND THAT IN ABUNDANCE!”

The mandate of the enemies camp has always been, to not just oppose the people of God, but to stop the flow of God’s Blessings from finding their way into the lives of those who are His.

As I was sitting before the Lord, I realized that the Devourer isn’t just attacking people’s finances, he comes to attack their families, their businesses, their health, and everything that they have.

He does this so that instead of living an abundant life in Jesus Christ, they will live underneath a shadow of hope Deferred and depression in its place.

“The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it [a]overflows).” John 10:10

The Holy Spirit is far more powerful than anything that the enemy can muster up, so anything that the enemy would desire to throw at us as Believers needs to have access to our lives somehow in order to gain a foothold over us.

It’s time to revoke the enemy’s access! Whether it’s sickness, disease, or poverty that’s trying to come upon your life, thanks to the blood of Jesus Christ and the Cross, they no longer have the ability to exert authority over us (Luke 10:19).

If your life, (and everything around it), feels like it’s being Devoured, then it’s time to Stand Up, Rebuke the Devourer by the Power of the Holy Spirit from within your life! Repent (if you need to) of anything that the enemy could grab ahold of in your life and command that the enemy restores what he has stolen from you!

The thief when he is caught must pay up to seven times as much as he stole (Proverbs 6:30), so when the devil steals something from you, you have the right to demand its return, in full, with interest attached to it!

Devil, I stand with the people of God today from whom you have stolen health, wealth, family, finances, and friendships and I declare that you must restore all that you’ve taken from them with interest attached to it in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen!!
