One of the goals of this podcast is that it is a resource for you when you need it. They hope you will listen to every episode after it airs, but also, they understand that our mental health ebbs and flows. You might go a few weeks and sleep really well. Or it might be that a certain time of year is really bad, and you need a little help. No matter how often you listen, they encourage you to listen again, not to their voices but to the Voice of God in the Book of Psalms.
Another goal for this podcast is that you will use it as a way to get into God’s Word daily. Both Sarah and Jen are super passionate about Bible study and Bible reading as a daily practice. This podcast can help you when reading your Bible is hard.
