I was going about my day and God dropped a particular phrase into my spirit that was coined by the Poet, Henry Longfellow, called, “Paul Revere’s Ride”. The phrase I heard was: “One if by land, two if by sea”. As I began to familiarize myself with what had taken place in our Colonial days, God’s voice began to emerge. Like me, you may want to familiarize yourself with a little bit of history as a reference point.
One if by land, two if by sea, Paul was revered (Paul Revere) for his dependence upon Me and he humbly submitted to My heeding as he took the midnight journey. He was skilled in bringing impurities out of precious things. Do you believe I would do the same for you? Whose report will you believe? Who will you trust and what will you decree and do with what you are “seeing” and as you look across the darkness gleaming? See with eyes of wonder at how I will put your enemy asunder. Place Me at the highest point in your cities, and you will stand as a beacon of light and for truth and justice. My name is a strong tower. Magnify, exalt, seek, look and cry out to Me and you will not be put to shame (see Ps 34:3-6). I will deliver you and you will shine radiantly.
You, Lord, are my lamp, the Lord turns my darkness into light.”

One if by land, you will be freed from your enemy as I take the highest place. Two if by sea, a double portion of victory will be seen gleaming once again in the United States. Instead of your shame, you shall have double honor and instead of confusion, you shall rejoice in your portion (Isaiah 61:7). Through you, righteousness and praise will spring forth before all the nations (Isaiah 61:11).
One if by land, two if by sea, I give you power over your enemies. Victory strategies are always given to those with eyes to see and ears to hear. Your midnight hour is filled with my power. Even as Paul the Apostle prayed and sang, Angels of breakthrough came to release him and break him free from his captivity, and this is what I have done for you- see Acts 16:25, 26. Praise, pray and decree it until you see it manifest in your day. The weapons of your warfare are not carnal, but mighty in Me for pulling down strongholds and mighty to bring victory to your people. 2 Corinthians 10:4.
One if by land, two if by sea was a strategy for the sons who loved light and liberty to see the schemes of the enemy crumble. They were watching intently and a sign was given for direction. God always has a plan of redemption for the remnant of those who heed his voice and His ways. I heard the Lord say, “you will be a truth-seeking, law-abiding nation of freedom. As you stand as a beacon of patriotism and love for your nation, you will see an awakening that brings a shaking to the faulty foundations and roots to reveal what the enemy tried so hard to conceal and it will be shocking. It will rock even the most secure”. Stay grounded in Christ and get ready for glorious victory over every evil, lying, stealing, and fraudulent enemy! Every enemy will be trampled under our feet.

One if by land, two if by sea was not daydreaming. The working of Paul Revere led us straight into our very freedoms.
The church is beginning to realize that a re-awakening is at hand and is coming only by the mighty hand of Jesus, their King. We will shine our light so bright for all to see! Don’t let anything take the place of God’s light residing on the inside of you, America! Watch to see what only He can do. Victory is imminent and the light of a NEW DAY is before you. His government is ever-increasing and He will release us into an even greater blessing. But this doesn’t happen automatically. We have to align ourselves and sometimes we fight for what is right. The battle is going on, even now, but mighty is He within us.
Jesus made a covenant with our forefathers for the strategy and destiny over America, and this has not changed. We will stand as a disrupter of darkness and a symbol of freedom, peace, and justice. The true American way is being redeemed! In fact, our destiny is only being reinforced at this time.
I believe that part of the strategy of heaven to awaken the bride is through warfare. It reveals what is in our heart and it reveals if we will stand in agreement with what God has already said to us. It tests and hones what is on the inside of us and brings strength if we do not cast away our bold and fearless faith (Hebrews 10:35) and it carries great reward!
Prayer —
I pray for America today. I pray for her liberty and freedom. I pray for heavenly strategies to arise from a place where God’s light shines & where true freedom rings. Jesus, you will bring light and destiny to shine in the highest heights across the land that we call, United States of America. We decree we will not fall into the hands of our enemies but will be united in making a stand for truth and liberty. May our eyes be enlightened and open and may we be a beacon for others to sing their song of freedom. We are truly free in you, Jesus! This land is given to us and symbolizes freedom and liberty- what a treasure! May we never forget what it cost us, previously! We exalt you Jesus! We lift up your praises! Thank you for giving us this land and for keeping us near and dear to our rich freedoms!
