Acts 2:28
You have shown me the way of life, and You will fill me with the joy of Your Presence.
Oh my Lord, how thankful I am to be on this journey with You each day! To have You by my side, to know You walk step by step with me is sometimes too much for my mind to grasp! To know that there’s nowhere I can go that Your Presence does not go with me!
Oh, how Your Word fills me with such joy, unspeakable joy! So much so that it takes my breath away and today’s verse makes me cry. Cry tears of unspeakable joy and humbles me! Oh, that Your children would understand the depths of Your Love! How Your Word shows Your heart and the Fervent and passionate pursuit You daily have for each of us!
How daily You wait and watch longingly to see who of Your Bride will search You out?! Who will seek You today? Who will lift their heart and voices to You today? Who longs to speak to You? Who is eager to sit at Your feet, to make You smile, to love on You, just because they desire to offer to You what You so freely offer to us?
This so deeply is on my heart today my Lord as I journey with You today! This is what sprang forth just from reading “one verse” from Your Holy Word! And oh how I long to hug you tight to my heart today! To hold You close and to thank You for Your Love!
Psalm 27:8
My heart has heard you say, “Come and talk with me.” And my heart responds, “LORD, I am coming.”
And yet another translation reads:
You have said, “Seek my face.” My heart says to you, “Your face, LORD, do I seek.”
Where else can that be done other than a position at Your feet?! This, this is where we need to abide! This is where we need to dwell. As close as a heartbeat! To gaze into Your eyes. To have our hearts aligned with Yours. To hear Your voice and to learn of You! To draw deeply from the Wells of Life that You offer to us daily. Without distractions, without interference, without anything else vying for our attention!
It is NOT too much to ask. This is what a surrendered life is. This is what it means to live a life wholly set apart unto You!
Oh, how I long never to be away from Your Presence but to drink from The Cup You offer to me daily! You refresh my spirit when I am weary! You strengthen me for all I am called to do!
In Your Presence, I am equipped for all that lies ahead in my journey. Oh, thank You my King for traveling this Journey with me. Thank You for every Stone of Remembrance that I picked up along the way! I am building Altars of Remembrance unto You! Each one an Altar of Victory for each battle won with You by my side! Thank You for choosing me as Your Bride! I so love being on this journey with You!
HERE IN MY PRESENCE
Here in Your Presence
I am made new,
Abiding here with You
The enemy cannot break through.
Here in Your Presence
I’m strengthened within,
Your Glory and anointing falls on me
As each new day begins.
Here in Your Presence
All sorrow must depart,
Your Words bring healing
To my hurting heart.
Here in Your Presence
Every battle is won,
Victory has already been secured
When I’m standing with The Son.
Here in Your Presence
I receive every battle plan,
To walk forth boldly in victory
Throughout this earthly land.
Here in Your Presence
I’m able to share all of my heart,
You listen so intently
Then Your Words to me impart.
Here in Your Presence
I’m molded by You,
I’m shaped by Your hands
For what I’m called to do.
Here in Your Presence
I’m free to be me,
You give me eyes to see clearly
Who I’m meant to be.
Here in Your Presence
I feel so at Home,
I feel so much Love
And know I’m not alone.
Here in Your Presence
Is where I want to abide,
Forever with You, Lord
Right by Your side.
Here in Your Presence
I’m filled with pure joy,
My days of grief are departing
All of my hope is being restored.
Here in Your Presence
I’m filled with such Peace,
All inner turmoil must leave
I’m filled with sweet release.
Here in My Presence
You will be renewed,
The enemy is bound from attacking
You’ll see he’s been subdued!
Here in My Presence
You’ll find deep lasting Peace,
No more anguish, torment, or lies
But healing, love, and relief.
Here in My Presence
You’ll always have eyes to clearly see,
The wonders and the beauty
Of who you were created to be.
Here in My Presence
You’ll find the Strength you need to go on,
You’ll find yourself empowered
For each battle on this journey that seems long.
Here in My Presence
All darkness has to flee,
It cannot stand in the Light
Of who you’re called to be.
Here in My Presence
Your story daily does unfold,
Each time you are with Me
Greater Truths to you will be told.
Here in My Presence
All chains must fall away,
At the sound of My voice and Word
All darkness must obey!
Here in My Presence
Is where I long for you to abide,
You bring Me such joy and pleasure
My Chosen Beloved Bride.
Here in My Presence
Nothing can take the place,
Of seeing you daily
As we sit face to face.
GOD MY EXCEEDING JOY
Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my exceeding joy [ El Simchath Gili ]; and upon the lyre I shall praise You, O God, my God.
Psalm 43:4
As I end today’s endnote reflection I leave you with this question. Do you recognize that Your Father Loves you beyond measure and that He waits daily to Love on you? Do you understand how He sees you as someone so precious in His eyes?
Well, you are! But I also want you to understand just how important it is for us to let Him know how we see Him! You see I think that gets lost in the world and time we live in. In the busyness of life, we get so consumed with the day-to-day things around us that we tend to forget that He needs to be loved on too!
More than anyone else, He has selflessly sacrificed all for us, yet He is the most forgotten! This should not be so! It should be the opposite! He should be the first person loved on each day and the last!
At the break of dawn before we even get out of bed, are we even thanking Him for waking up? Are we inviting Them (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) into our day? Are we letting Them have permission to interrupt us anytime anywhere, whenever They want to?
These things are important! This is what should be an automatic way of life for each of us. But is it?
My heart these days is to draw near, ever nearer to The One Who deserves ALL OF ME! Not just a piece or part of me, but ALL! What about you beloved?
