Early one morning in prayer, I heard the Lord say so strongly, “It’s time for the Rise of Bold Preachers.” Then, I had a vision of a lion stepping up and roaring loudly. We are going to start to see people stepping up and preaching the absolute truth with boldness and strength. The first thing that came to my mind after I heard this was, Proverbs 28:1, “The wicked flee when no one pursues them, but the righteous are as bold as lions.”
Over the past 10 to 15 years, the gospel has been watered-down, and taught incorrectly, and ministers have twisted the word of God and led people astray, but God is restoring new voices that are bold as lions to stand up and proclaim the truth. We are entering into a new generation of young people who have not been exposed to bold preachers who only preach the truth, but the rise of new bold preachers is coming.
Churches in America have removed and rejected the teachings of the Holy Spirit, prophecy, and several other core principles that the church was founded on. The rise of ministers who don’t scratch the itching ear of America are starting to rise up, and they will not succumb to the watered-down Americanized gospel, but they will preach the biblical truth without fear or restraint.
The Holy Spirit is an absolutely essential part of the kingdom of God. Jesus said that it was better that he goes so we could have the Holy Spirit. Numerous ministers have spoken with me about being hesitant to preach about the holy spirit, and it’s always for one of these two reasons: 1. They have never been taught about it or experienced it before. 2. They don’t want to lose members of their church. Countless ministers are afraid to rock the boat with biblical teaching about the holy spirit, but it is time to break the boat and build a new one.
This new generation of bold preachers with bold messages are rising up, and those whose lampstands have burned out will be removed and replaced by those who are burning with passion. This is the hour and the season where God is preparing his bride, and he is raising up righteous and bold new leaders to take a stand.
