Psalm 92:1-2, “It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to Your name… to declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, and Your faithfulness every night”.
We’re almost to that time of year when we get to spend time with friends and family, overeat turkey, potatoes, stuffing, and pie. Hopefully, you will get at least one day off work, and of course, the fun day of shopping for many, or putting up Christmas decorations for others.
Have you been putting in a little extra effort this month to count your blessings? Have you thanked the Lord for the big and small things He gives you each day? Although I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, it’s great to spend November full of thankfulness, but we should take time all year round to find reasons to be thankful. God is good all the time, not just during the holiday.
