I Surrender

Forgive me for not fully recognizing that it is You in control, and not me.

Father God,

I thank You that You hold my life in Your hands. There is no better place! Help me to always turn to You and to seek Your will in every decision I make.

Give me Your wisdom daily that I may do as You bid and as You will for my life. Forgive me for not allowing myself to be sensitive to Your Spirit. Forgive me for not fully recognizing that it is You in control, and not me.

Thank You for Your patience with me. Help me to be aware of every word I speak and every action I take, that I am representing You to this world.

Please help me to complete the calling You have placed upon my life. Help me to be the godly woman You created me to be. I pray and decree this prayer to You this day in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen.

 

I SURRENDER

I surrender my life to You

Lead and guide me in what I’m called to do.

 

I surrender all of my plans

And by faith, I’ll walk throughout this land.

 

I surrender all of my heart

I give You it all, not just a part.

 

I surrender to You my will

Help me Lord my destiny to fulfill.

 

I surrender all my hopes and dreams

It’s You, my Lord, I long to please.

 

I surrender each and every day

And say, Lord, please have Your way.

 

I surrender my life to You

Help me fulfill what You’ve called me to do.

 

I surrender to You my all

Lord help me to fulfill Your call.
