How Naked and Unashamed are You Willing to Be?

Are you ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the words of God?

God’s word says, “For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him will the Son of Man be ashamed when He comes in His glory, and the glory of the Father and of the holy angels” Luke 9:26. And Paul said in Romans 1:16, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” So are you ashamed? Are you ashamed to share the love of Christ with others? With a dying world? Don’t be! Follow God and do as He says and leave the consequences to Him, for He will increase your strength and give you more responsibility. Be unafraid, for what can man do to me?! We should be more concerned about the One who has power over our spiritual and physical being.

The world we live in is suffering and hurting, and they have need of the Savior to heal their wounded hearts. How then will they know unless we tell them?! Go! Go tell them of the One who died to set them free. But, He didn’t stay dead; He arose, and now He lives! He’s seated at the right hand of the Father!

How bare, unashamed, and naked are you willing to be for the cause of Christ?! Are you willing to step out in faith and share what Christ has done for you? Are you in love with Him enough to not care what others think of you and your testimony? If not now, then when? When will you act upon His Good News? When will you dare to help to bring others on this journey, just as someone once shared Jesus with you?

Are you willing to leave all your cares behind and trust in God to use you for His good pleasure and accomplish His work and plans? His plan of eternal salvation for the world.

Go! Go and tell them. The Gospel is free, but it will cost you everything. It will require you to give up your life. And even though you will lose everything, you will gain Everything!

Run no more! Trust His process! Be bold and determined that you are not….. cannot keep His love to yourself. I have to let others know! I have to be His instrument that helps others to be set free! I won’t allow myself to go to Heaven and not be a part of helping others get there as well. I will do my part! I will go and tell. I will be naked and unashamed for the cause of Christ!
