He’s My Everything

There’s nothing that can hinder Your purpose or Your plan.

Lord lift me up

And heal these wounds

Wrap me up and let me

Hide myself in You.

Take away this pain I feel

It’s not meant for me to hold

Help me to go forth today

Not in fear, but bold.

Let me see myself

Always with Your eyes

Seeing the beauty within

Not the enemy’s lies.

My eyes are blinded by the tears

That fall like heaven’s rain

My heart is heavy, broken in two

From carrying all this pain.

This was never in Your plan

That this would happen to me

And with You by my side

I’ll still fulfill my destiny.

Thank You for showing me

Who I really am

That there’s nothing that can hinder

Your purpose or Your plan.

So no more crying

No more walk of shame

I will go forth boldly

And proudly I’ll proclaim.

I am called and chosen

By my Lord and King

It’s Him I live for

He’s my everything!

Isaiah 43:1

… “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.”

Psalm 105:43

He brought out His people with joy, His chosen ones with gladness.

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.
