In the early hours of August 18, I had a dream. I was in a hospital, about to give birth. I didn’t even have the time to lay on the stretcher, and quickly and painlessly delivered a beautiful, big, blond, blue-eyed baby boy! I was in shock because I didn’t know that I was pregnant!
There were no doctors, nurses, or family members around me, except for a cousin of mine. As I was holding the baby, I couldn’t believe how heavy he felt and how different he looked from my other four children. All my babies were on the smaller side, and they all had very dark hair and eyes except for our oldest, who has very blue eyes. I kept marveling at his blond hair, rosy skin and blue eyes, his chubby arms and legs, and all I could think was: “People are not going to believe he’s our son because he looks completely different than his siblings and I didn’t even look pregnant! I’m too old to have a child! What am I going to tell people?!”
The baby was hungry so I started breastfeeding him. I then turned to my cousin and asked her to get a clean towel, so that I could place the towel on the scale and weigh him.
I started undressing him as he was wearing a button-up shirt and pants. He looked like he was about 6-8 months old, and as I started unbuttoning his shirt, he started to talk and I could see four little teeth, two on the top and two on the bottom. When I weighed him, he weighed over 4 kilos that’s between 9-10 lbs!
Then I woke up and as I started writing the dream in my dream journal, The Lord spoke to me.
“Many of you are about to suddenly give birth to something completely unexpected. Something you never thought about, something never seen or experienced before! Something new, something different than past things. Something beautiful, great, big, successful, and fruitful! Something weighty, something that will bring you honor and dignity, and that will glorify Me! Something no one sees coming, including you, that will leave you and people around you in awe!
You will not need anyone but Me to birth this new thing! It will not look like what you have birthed in the past, and it will not grow and behave like the things you have birthed in the past. It will develop quickly and effortlessly as you nurture it, and give it the attention and time it needs to develop. The Holy Spirit will be your guide and counselor as you will need a lot of wisdom and knowledge to sustain this new thing!
Get ready, because it is very close, and you will not have any warning signs or any labor pains. This whole time it was growing and developing on the inside of you, in the secret place, and now it is time for it to manifest!”
Many of us are going to experience the fulfillment of God’s promises in ways that will leave us awestruck!
We, and those around us will be left wondering how such things could happen. At my age? In my situation? I have no resources! I don’t have the right skills! But The Lord is going to equip you with everything and everyone you will need to accomplish everything He wants you to accomplish!
The baby did not look like it belonged in my family and it grew and developed very quickly, just as this new thing that the Lord Is birthing through you is going to look like nothing you’ve ever done or experienced before, and it is going to be extraordinary! An unusual, and peculiar thing!
My cousin is known in our family for her gentle and helpful spirit, and I believe she represented the Holy Spirit, our Helper and guide. The one who’s going to assist us in this new adventure!
Don’t limit God by putting Him and how He operates in a box! He can do the impossible! Let go of your own plans, blueprints, and ideas, and let Him blow your mind with the marvelous and unthinkable plans He Has for you!
