Over the last decade of my life, the Holy Spirit has been steadily readjusting my perceptions as well as my personal life, so much so, that the things that I thought that I understood about the Kingdom of God, Jesus Christ, and even my Heavenly Father have changed in some ways.
While there are theological adjustments that are good and there are those which are not, the Holy Spirit will always lead you closer to Jesus Christ and what real relationship with Him looks like through the Word of God.
So any adjustments to your beliefs that lead you away from Him somehow (and the foundation of scripture), not only didn’t come from the Holy Spirit, they originated from another spirit entirely. You don’t want to go down that road!
Christians who think that their Destiny in Jesus Christ is just to go to church on Sunday and read the Bible occasionally, don’t realize what they’re missing out on when it comes to the life of God desiring to take up a permanent residency upon the inside of their lives!
Recently, I was teaching at a conference, on much of this, and upon how the Holy Spirit doesn’t just want to bring you Supernatural Revelation so that you understand all of the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, but He wants to take that Revelation and INCRIBE IT UPON YOUR HEART so that it becomes a LIVING MESSAGE from the Father in your Life!
“This is the agreement (testament, covenant) that I will set up and conclude with them after those days, says the Lord: I WILL IMPRINT MY LAWS UPON THEIR HEARTS, AND I WILL INSCRIBE THEM ON THEIR MINDS (on their inmost thoughts and understanding),” Hebrews 10:16
So every time that the Holy Spirit brings Revelation of something to you, out of the Word of God (Bible), He doesn’t just Reveal it to you, He takes it and INSCRIBES IT UPON YOU, so that you not only know it, but you also become the MESSAGE OF IT to someone else!
When the Holy Spirit does this to you, it doesn’t just go into your memory somewhere, it becomes a Living Word (A Rhema) dwelling upon the inside of your life! The more that this happens to you, the greater the process becomes, where He Is Molding you into the Image of the Son of God!
“For those whom He foreknew [of whom He was aware and loved beforehand], He also destined from the beginning [foreordaining them] TO BE MOLDED INTO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON [and share inwardly His likeness], that He might become the firstborn among many brethren.” Romans 8:29
While the Message that He’s Transforming you into isn’t exactly your Message, you become a House (A Temple) for the Holy Spirit to dwell in, and your Heart and Life become His Tablets for Him to Write The Living Word of God (Jesus Christ) Upon!
While it may take a long time for Him to finish that Message that He’s writing upon the Tablets of your Life, (this is determined mostly by your level of personal surrender and involvement), the closer that He gets to the completion of that Message, the more that you’ll sound like, act like and RESEMBLE the AUTHOR of that Message (Jesus Christ)!
“And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that HE WHO BEGAN A GOOD WORK IN YOU WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE DAY OF JESUS CHRIST [right up to the time of His return], DEVELOPING AND PERFECTING AND BRINGING IT TO FULL COMPLETION IN YOU.” Philippians 1:6
You’re not just a Son or Daughter of God. The Holy Spirit is making you into a Message from His Own Hand, Written by the Power of the Holy Spirit as the Word is being made flesh in your life more and more each day because of the Revelation coming by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit!
“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, WHEN HE SHALL APPEAR, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM; FOR WE SHALL SEE HIM AS HE IS.” 1 John 3:2
