The Holy Spirit has changed my focus in the last season and has had me focusing more upon what I’ll call the 3 F’s of God; FAITH, FRUIT, AND FAVOR!
While I do believe that the gifts of the Spirit are extremely valuable and important in ministry, they really are not that important in relationship! While the Holy Spirit Empowers my life through the gifts of the Spirit to be a Witness and draw others to the Father and Jesus Christ, those same gifts are for others while the Fruit of the Spirit is for us personally.
FAITH is what Empowers me to believe God for myself and my own life as well as for the lives of those around me, while it energizes the Holy Spirit to grow the FRUIT of the Spirit upon the inside of my life. Once the FRUIT starts manifesting with maturity upon the Vine of my life, then FAVOR begins to manifest for me, upon me, and around me everywhere that I go.
“But the FRUIT of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). AGAINST SUCH THINGS THERE IS NO LAW [that can bring a charge].” Galatians 5:22-23
A life that operates from (and is filled with) the FRUIT of the Spirit will find FAVOR from God and man alike because there’s NO LAW AGAINST IT, for It is the fulfillment of the Law of God in and of itself!
The 3 F’s are Supernaturally grown in an individual’s life. We go from Faith to faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 1:17), Fruit is not just given (like the gifts are) it’s Grown upon the inside of us (1 Corinthians 3:9) and we go from Glory (Divine Favor) to Glory in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 3:18)!
While the gifts are simply given to us upon the outside to profit withal, the Faith, the Fruit, and the Favor are being matured in us as the Character and Person of Jesus Christ is being formed within us! Real Salvation is INTERNAL NOT EXTERNAL!
“Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you].” Luke 17:21
Refocus your life, today! Allow the Holy Spirit to have His Way in your life as you allow Him to Grow Your Faith, Your Fruit, and Your Favor. As these three things grow upon the inside of your Life, God’s Glory and His Authority, in you (and on you), will increase incredibly.
