“John answered them all, ‘I baptize you with water. But one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.’” Luke 3:16.
Whatever shape, look, or feel this coming move may take, there is one thing of which I am absolutely certain, baptism with The Holy Spirit and Fire is coming to all with a clean heart who will accept it.
As latter rain, (water), brings Holy Spirit into our lives, so His fire will burn in all who allow Him entry. Water and fire are, to me, the essential ingredients for Jesus to bring revival through the power of His Spirit.
As John Wesley said, “I am on fire for The LORD and people come just to watch me burn!”….. so The LORD is seeking those latter-day Wesleys who are on fire for Him and for His Kingdom.
We are seeing more and more young people, all under 30, getting on fire for The LORD.
“These young Wesleys,” says The LORD, “are being prepared for such a time as this.
They will carry My Presence, the Latter Rain, and My Holy Spirit Fire into a world desperate for ‘something more’ that they cannot identify.
The world will mock them until it respects them. It will mock them until it listens to them.
It will mock them until it sees My love and power demonstrated by My Spirit in Signs, Wonders, and Miracles.
Then the world will turn and follow these young Wesleys as they bring thousands to the Mercy Seat in tears and repentance.
There is an anointing for them — an anointing that cannot be claimed nor taken, but an anointing that is solely My gift!” says The LORD.
“For many will claim it, but only a few will have it because I only need a few.
Look what twelve did 2000 years ago. See what a few can do now!
I will appoint and I will anoint through My Prophets. As with Samuel and David, I will instruct My Prophets to anoint those I show to them, and by their fruit, you shall know them for they shall carry water and fire wherever they go!” says God.
Originally from 2017, this came to my memory today.
The LORD reminded me that, among other things, I am to anoint and bless new Wigglesworths, new Wesleys, new Lakes.
Not that these new anointees have the Wigglesworth, or the Wesley, or the Lake anointing — each anointing is unique to he or she upon whom it’s laid.
No — each new one has his or her own anointing, each according to their own faith, but many are very similar to the originals.
Some would say the same, but only time will confirm that! Some will be destined for fame, but others will be those who labor almost anonymously — just getting on with whatever The LORD has asked them to do!
So, every time The LORD shows me one such as these, I know I am to anoint them, only if they accept it, and bless them regardless of their acceptance or otherwise.
He has just laid two mantles before me. I must now contact the people concerned to ask if they will receive it.
Then arrange to act accordingly.
All I ask is that they pray about this, maybe talk with mentors. After that, it’s entirely between them and God.
I’ll be happy to go and anoint them or move on. My job is solely to express to them what I believe The LORD is asking of me.
The decision is all theirs — is this from God; is it not from God?
Is He calling me to step out further or not?
I hope they receive this well when I put it to them.
