Have you ever experienced rejection from an unfaithful spouse? The pain and hurt of betrayal is very real and hard to work through. God understands unfaithfulness better than anyone else. He experiences that every day, as His own children reject him. Yet, His heart is always turned towards us.
God instructed Hosea to “Show your love to your wife again. Love her as the Lord loves Israel, who have turned to other gods.” (Hosea 3: 1) His wife Gomer, was unfaithful,
Sometimes the Lord asks us to love the unlovable, or love those who have hurt us. Forgiveness is a powerful tool that God uses to show the magnitude of His never-ending love. God’s goodness to us enables us to love one another, in ways we never thought possible. His love is amazing!

As parents, our hearts are always turned in the direction of our children, no matter what! That door of love is always open and extended. So it is with God. His faithfulness reaches to the sky. That’s pretty high!
He has said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” (Mark 10: 14) We are all Daddy’s daughters and sons. His love is continual.

Daniel knew the faithfulness and love of His God. His last oracle included this: “Has God not made with me, an everlasting covenant, arrayed and secure in every path? Will He not bring to fruition my salvation and grant me every desire?” (2 Samuel 23: 5)
The only everlasting love that is an everlasting covenant is the one that God has with His beloved children. That’s the epitome of being secure.
God’s purposes and plans are constant. His love is never-ending, even in our unfaithfulness, He is faithful. Why? “Love and faithfulness goes before Him.” (Psalm 89: 14)
