My Davids Are Rising Up!

Your Helper is here. The giants shall fall!

Posted on

This is for someone today!

I heard, “My Davids are rising up!”

Some of you are fighting impossible situations. It seems like you have been fighting the adversary on and off for your whole life.

Some of you have been given a very bad report, and some even a death sentence. But this came to me today about David and Goliath — how David stepped up to fight Goliath when others ran away.

How he had fought and conquered the lion and the bear while he watched his father’s sheep.

You have fought and won fights against the enemy in the past, Warrior of God.

You have even seen miracles happen — and this next opponent, this thing you are fighting and warring against, shall be just like them! Yes!

You are MORE than a conqueror through Him who loves you!

I also hear the song in my spirit by Mercy Me, “You are I AM” the lyrics say,” You are the One who conquers giants!”

And I hear the LORD of Hosts say to you,

“Beloved. Don’t give up now!

You are My David. You are My Servant who has killed both the “lion and the bear” — and this “uncircumcised Philistine” will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the Army of the Living God.

If your God is for you, who shall stand against you?

You wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

But My Grace is sufficient for you, My Strength is made perfect in your weakness.

This new opponent looks like a giant to you. He looks unconquerable, but He is nothing but a Philistine.

He comes but to kill, steal, and destroy. He is a Griever, a Burrower, a Weakener.

He comes to bring grief, to weaken you, and to cause you to hide from him. But I have come to bring you LIFE and LIFE abundantly.

I have come to strengthen you. His dominion over you was stripped away at the Cross. Come out, Dear One, come out of that cave of fear and unbelief.

Your Helper is here. The giants shall fall!

Let your war cry be, “I come to you in the name of The LORD of Hosts, the God of Angel Armies, whom you have defied! This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand!”

Then all will know that your God does not save with earthly weapons; FOR THE BATTLE IS The LORD’s — and you shall overcome by the Blood of the Lamb, and by the Super-Abounding Grace of your God and the Word of your testimony!

Rise up, My David, rise up in the Power of My Might.

No more doubt! The very same Resurrection Power that raises the dead lives in you.

I AM He who was dead and is alive forevermore. Trust in Me. I AM that Grace and Power that overcomes.

This is the first day of the rest of your life. A New Beginning!

I AM the One Who conquers your giants! I AM that I AM.

PHILISTINE: Hebrew word meaning Griever, Burrower, Weakener

GOLIATH: The name Goliath, of Hebrew origin, primarily means “exile” or “to be stripped away.” From the verb (gala), to uncover, expose, or remove. It is famously known from the biblical story of David and Goliath, where Goliath was a Philistine giant who was killed by David with a slingshot and 5 smooth stones. In modern usage, “Goliath” often signifies a formidable opponent or a challenge that seems insurmountable, evoking ideas of immense size, strength, and intimidation. (Abarim Publications)

FIVE STONES: The number 5= GRACE
Five can also signify favor and abundance. Abundant grace. Take notice of what you are talking about or doing when you see 5,55,555. Grace to walk in the fullness of what you are called to, displaying His glory. (Jodi Hughes Ministry)

Lyrics to “You are I AM” by Mercy Me

I’ve been the one to shake with fear
And wonder if You’re even here
I’ve been the one to doubt Your love
I’ve told myself You’re not enough
I’ve been the one to try and say
I’ll overcome by my own strength
I’ve been the one to fall apart
And to start to question who You are

You’re the one who CONQUERS GIANTS
You’re the one who calls out kings
You shut the mouths of lions
You tell the dead to breathe
You’re the one who walks through fire
You take the orphan’s hand
You are the one Messiah
You are I am
You are I am

I’ve been the one held down in chains
Beneath the weight of all my shame
I’ve been the one to believe
That where I am You cannot reach

You’re the one who conquers giants
You’re the one who calls out kings
You shut the mouths of lions
You tell the dead to breathe
You’re the one who walks through fire
You take the orphan’s hand
You’re the one Messiah
You are I am
You are I am

The veil is torn
And now I live, with the Spirit inside
The same one, the very same one
Who brought the Son back to life
Hallelujah, He lives in me
Hallelujah, He lives in me
Hallelujah, He lives in me
Hallelujah, He lives in me

You’re the one who conquers giants
You’re the one who calls out kings
You shut the mouths of lions
You tell the dead to breathe
You’re the one who walks through fire
You take the orphan’s hand
You are the one Messiah
You are I am
You are I am

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Ephesians 6:12.

“…… Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God!” Moreover David said, “The LORD, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and The LORD be with you!” ……………Then David took his staff in his hand; and he chose for himself FIVE smooth stones from the brook, and put them in a shepherd’s bag, in a pouch which he had, and his sling was in his hand. And he drew near to the Philistine…..Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I COME TO YOU IN THE NAME OF The LORD OF HOSTS, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day The LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the BIRDS OF THE AIR and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. Then all this assembly shall know that The LORD does not save with sword and spear; FOR THE BATTLE IS The LORD’S, and He will give you into our hands.” 1 Samuel 17:36-3740,45-47.

Confirmation of this! I kid you not, my husband just walked in as I am writing this and told me there were a dozen vultures sitting on top of our garage because there was something dead in the road. We live out in the country. We have NEVER seen that in 36 years! )

“So it was, when the Philistine arose and came and drew near to meet David, that David hurried and ran toward the army to meet the Philistine. Then David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone; and he slung it and struck the Philistine in his forehead, so that the stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the earth.” 1 Samuel 17:48-49.
