As my family and I were on vacation, the Lord began to speak to me about what He is doing in this season. The Lord had spoken to me at the beginning of June about this being a harvest season and we have personally seen the manifestations of that already. Many people we are connected with have also been telling us about different miraculous shifts they have been experiencing. However, I really felt strongly from the Lord that we are about to step into not only harvest but breakthrough!
When I say breakthrough, I do not mean a temporary or small relief from different things people are believing for God to do. I mean miraculous and sudden shifts in situations, outcomes, and powerful manifestations of answered prayers coming to the people of God in this season. I believe the kinds of breakthroughs many in the body of Christ are about to experience will be like an explosive breaking free to the point where things will not only be different but even better than their previous greatest season.
Many trusted prophetic voices in America are releasing words about recompense and rebounds in victory and breakthrough from seasons of past warfare. And I truly believe that this is exactly what we are about to see!
As I prayed about this continuation of this prophetic word from the month from the Lord I sensed that the enemy is strategically trying to discourage people to give up or turn back on what God has called them to do. So I just want to encourage you today that if you have not seen the manifestation of your breakthrough yet, don’t quit! Do not stop! You are literally right on the verge of your breakthrough.
Now is not the time to shrink back or give in to doubt or unbelief. God is looking for those who will simply keep their eyes on Him and keep moving toward the Kingdom assignments and promises He has given them as they wait for the breakthrough.
I also want to encourage you, you are not alone! Everyone who has ever believed God for anything has had moments where they want to quit. Sadly, over the years I have seen many people who have had physical, financial, or relationship downfalls that caused them to turn back on who and what God had called them to do. I’ve seen people be taken out by spiritual mentors or children who have turned against them. I believe this is another strategy of the enemy.
The enemy will try to get you to harbor unforgiveness or be discouraged by people coming against you or walking away from you. Don’t let this be your story, my friends! If someone has wronged you, forgive them. When you hold onto those things you’re not hurting them, you are only hurting and hindering yourself. Set yourself free by forgiving them and turning your focus on what lies ahead for you in your destiny with God.
This is a now word for this season and I believe if you are reading this right now then you need to grab ahold of this prophetic word by faith today. We are about to see a mighty shift in America and we must always remind ourselves that the way a nation can change is when its people change. When a lot of people have little individual breakthroughs it it all compiles into one massive breakthrough for a region or for a geographical location. This is a season which you must stand strong and believe for your breakthrough. In your darkest hour, God will break through for you.
I remember years ago the Lord gave me this little phrase during a very difficult season that my wife and I were walking through. It was that if you do not break, you will reach your breakthrough. And I held onto that in that season and in many other hard seasons I’ve been through because it is true. My friends, if you do not break, you will reach your breakthrough. Be encouraged and know that whatever you may be going through things are going to get better. And I believe, especially in this season, they will get better quickly. You will come out on the other side of this with harvest and breakthrough as long as you continue to stand in faith.
The Lord also reminded me of a word Prophet Chuck Pierce released at the beginning of this year about the intense warfare that many would encounter and then the breaking of it around August. I believe that we are stepping into a breakthrough season where you’ll see many small breakthroughs culminating in greater breakthroughs toward the beginning of August. Get ready to experience one thing after another falling into place and miracles, shifts, and answered prayers to come into your life like an avalanche. This is your season of harvest and breakthrough, so don’t give up now! Keep pressing in, keep listening and obeying the voice of the Lord, and watch what He will do in and through your life in this season!
