Today, January 6th is a critical day in our nation that will either confirm or postpone the certification of the electoral votes. Vice President Mike Pence will be at the helm of this day.

As I waited on the Lord this morning I kept seeing the name Pence and the name Penn (William Penn) joined together. Then I saw an angel that I believe to be Michael the Archangel pin the seal of William Penn onto the chest of Mike Pence. Penn’s seal represented his values when he established the province of Pennsylvania— and those values and attributes greatly inspired and impacted the writing of our United States Constitution.

Penn’s seal has the words, “Mercy & Justice” on the front and the words, “Truth, Peace, Love & Plenty” on the back.

I have spent the past number of days in key locations in Washington DC where I continued to sense the presence of Michael the Archangel. Therefore, when I saw him pin Penn’s Seal upon Mike Pence I felt that it was confirmation of what I had sensed. God is pinning the courage of William Penn who stood for mercy, justice, and truth upon our Vice President, and Michael the Archangel is present in our nation’s capital.

It is also interesting that both the man and the angel are named Michael (Mike). Mike means “Who is like God? Gift from God.” In the Bible, Michael was the conqueror of Satan and the patron saint of soldiers.

Let us pray, decree and proclaim mercy, justice, and truth over the 1 pm certification meeting today. May the men and women who represent the people stand up for truth and justice and may Vice President Mike Pence carry the seal of William Penn that brought integrity, righteousness, and covenant with God to the “penning of our constitution.” May the extraordinary courage of William Penn, George Washington, Moses, and our Messiah, Jesus Christ (when he walked the earth) rest upon representatives, senators, and Vice President Mike Pence today.

We intercede today for our nation’s leaders, we pray for our President and Vice President, we pray for our nation and our people. May God have dominion from sea to sea, from the rivers unto the ends of the earth.
