March In March Out

This is an invitation to bring purity to every part of our heart that does not look like Him.

Recently, as I was seeking God, I heard the words “MARCH IN, MARCH OUT”, and then I saw a figure 8. The ‘March In’ completed one circle of figure 8, meeting back at the center point, and the ‘March Out’ completed the other circle of figure 8, meeting back at the same center point. The center point represented balance, rest, and refocus.

There is a grace being released to the pioneers in this season to execute our marching orders from the father. Many are coming out of difficult, war-filled, and exhausting seasons, and I felt an urgency to encourage the pioneers to build out of rest and to not go back to old patterns of striving. There is a grace to multiply what we produce in shorter periods of time. I encourage you to seek the heart of the Father and to find His flow of favor.

The ‘Marching In’ is a place of marching into intimacy and the secret place. It is finding the low and the slow space in which we can hear and feel His heartbeat. The ‘Marching Out’ is building out and executing the orders and assignments on the father’s heart. However, there is an ebb and flow in the Holy Spirit that we must be led by. The grace and strength being restored are refreshing and exciting, however, I encourage you to continue prioritizing rest and intimacy. I saw Jesus holding hands with those who were ‘Marching Out’ and I felt this was a picture of His desire for us to work WITH Him and not just FOR him. He wants to march in sync with us and in a place of joyful execution.

I kept hearing “DO NOT GO BACK TO OLD PATTERNS OF THINKING AND DOING. THIS IS A NEW SEASON AND THERE IS A NEW STRATEGY FOR THIS SEASON.” Supernatural strategy and solutions are found in intimacy with Him. I heard “Do as I did” and I saw Jesus inviting us into a place of focusing on the way He modeled intimacy and ministry on the Earth. Let Jesus be the model we follow as we execute the plans of Heaven. Dig into the gospels and study how He moved and what He prioritized. Jesus honored solitude, silence, prayer, and rest. However, as we look at the life of Jesus, He was fiercely determined to do the will of His Father, as he performed signs, wonders, and miracles in love.

I heard two scriptures that are significant for this season. “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” (PSALM 50:10 NIV) “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” (Ezekiel 36:26 NIV)

As I sought God, I felt Him say, He wants to purify the motives and intentions of the hearts of His children. He also wants to heal the pain, disappointment, and discouragement from last season, that have created unforgiveness and hardened hearts. There are impurities the father is having many look at, that have essentially corrupted their hearts and minds. There is no shame or condemnation, yet there is an invitation of repentance and purification. It is all about Jesus and all for HIS GLORY and HONOR. We can do nothing without Him! There is an invitation to bring purity to every part of our heart that does not look like Him.

I saw a vase with an opening at the top and bottom, with a continual flow of clear water moving throughout it. It stayed clean and clear because of the two openings. The top opening represented the prioritizing of the secret place, worship, and intimacy. As we postured our hearts and eyes on Him, there was a steady flow of His living waters flowing within us. The opening at the bottom of the vase represented a heart posture of repentance and humility before the Lord. He not only desires our worship, but He also desires our humility, teachability, and hearts that honor holiness. Prioritizing both will cause the impurities to be flushed out of us (the bottom opening), as we fill ourselves with His presence and living waters of life. Surrender will create steadfast spirits and it will stir up what needs to be removed, in order for us to look and be more like Christ.

It is all about Jesus’ friends, it is not about us! ‘MARCH IN, MARCH OUT’, and enjoy his grace and strength, however, do not lose focus! Intimacy is everything! Rest is our resource! Jesus is our source.
