Jacob’s Ladder is In Our midst

On the morning of January 16th, I awoke from a very clear dream. I awoke at 4:48 am to hear these words,

 

 

 

In this portion of the scriptures, Jacob’s life is not without trouble as he is on the run from his brother Esau. Yet God gives Jacob a strategic and reaffirming dream to turn things around for Jacob. The Lord shows him He is working on Jacob’s behalf and shows him that things were strategically moving in Jacob’s favor. The Lord had created a bridge of heaven to deliver the supply to Jacob to accomplish what he was meant to do for the Lord. On earth. He is doing the same for you despite the odds not seeming to be in your favor with the natural eye.

 

After Jacob wakes up from that dream, He declares that place to be. “Bethel,” which means house of God.

 

He called the name of that place Bethel, but the name of the city was Luz at the first. Then Jacob made a vow, saying, “If God will be with me and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat and clothing to wear,” Genesis 28:19-20

 

God is bringing to you your supply so you may establish the “house of God” here on earth through you. I am not saying you are called to establish a church, maybe you are, but you are being affirmed to become the house of worship to the only God who saves you and will miraculously provide for you and chooses to use you for His kingdom.

 

At that moment – I sensed the Holy Spirit’s presence ever so near to me after hearing the word “swiftly.” three times, then I remembered I had a dream before the vision of Jacob’s ladder.

 

I’m going to share it here:

 

In my dream, there were three wonderful old women packing up some very beautiful, very expensive dishes that they wanted to gift me. So they packed them up for me with such care and told me that where I was going, I would need them as they would be useful to me. The house they lived in was beautiful and white and also large. I knew it was a house of prayer and a house of great riches in the Lord. The setting where this house was located was a verdant, lush landscape.

 

The impression I had from this dream is that I was there recovering and resting and being prepared for a significant move. Then the dream was over, and I had the vision where I heard the word “Swiftly” three times.

 

Today a friend shared with me that the three older women represented wisdom, knowledge, and understanding from Proverbs 2:1-13.

 

[1] “My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; [2] So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; [3] Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; [4] If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; [5] Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God. [6] For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. [7] He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. [8] He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints. [9] Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path. [10] When wisdom entereth into thine heart and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; [11] Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee: [12] To deliver thee from the way of the evil man, from the man that speaketh froward things; [13] Who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness.”

 

Beloved of Christ, Expect Him to impart the riches of His kingdom- the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding you will need where you are headed, whether it be a spiritual journey or an actual new location God is moving you to.

 

As the Lord prepares you to move forward, know the Lord’s angels will deliver your supply, reassuring you of what He has established in you. He will surely bring it to pass. Be ready to move swiftly.
