Very early on June 1st, I woke up with extreme excitement from the Holy Spirit. I went into our living room and I sat down in my prayer chair where I always read, pray, and spend that secret place time with the Lord. I began to pray and could just feel a stirring in my spirit.
I began making declarations and decrees and when I finished praying, I picked up my phone and one of my prayer partners had texted. He said, “Do you feel like something unbelievable has shifted?” I of course replied and just told him about the excitement and stirring in my spirit that I had felt just that morning. I knew that this was confirmation for both of us that the Lord was doing something powerful. Then the Lord spoke to me and said, “It’s harvest season.” June is harvest season, my friends!
Over the last several days, my wife and I have just received confirmation after confirmation from the Lord directly and also from those we run with that this is the word for this month. It’s time to harvest! This is the month we will see harvest in so many different areas and avenues.
I believe in June we will see a harvest of souls swept into the Kingdom of God. I believe we will see a lot of supernatural things, miracles, salvation, signs, and wonders. I believe we’ll see a harvest of prodigals coming home to God, their calling, and their families. I also believe for business owners you’ll see an increase in business and things will begin to open up. Some of you may need a financial miracle in this season, I believe if you’ll believe and be obedient to the Lord you’ll see a harvest!
As I prayed into this word there were several things that I felt like the Lord highlighted to me that could hinder this harvest season for some people. The first is that it is important for you to stand in faith in this season. You need to keep praying for those things you have been asking the Lord to do. Make declarations and decrees over those things you are believing for and most of all, sow generously. Sow into the Kingdom of God. Sow with faith and expectation. My wife says this all the time, “God isn’t trying to get something from you. He’s trying to get something to you.” And I believe that the more we sow in faith, whether that’s financially or in prayer, time, wisdom, or whatever it is we have to offer then the Lord will see those seeds we sow and we will see a harvest come forth.
The second thing the Lord spoke to me about is to be intentional about who you run with in this season. It is so important to surround and align yourself with like-minded believers who are full of faith and who are in the same season as you. If you align yourself with someone who is in a pullback season when you are supposed to be in an accelerated season you can hinder each other. So in the month of June, link up with those who are running after the same things God has placed in your heart. Who you run with in a harvest season matters!
June is a harvest month! The Lord is making everything so clear right now and if you will step into it by faith, this is your harvest season. Don’t let an idle word come out of your mouth in June or make excuses. Don’t allow any negativity to permeate your heart or atmosphere in June. It’s time to work hard, pray hard, and sow big for the harvest to come forth.
I want to remind you today we serve a miracle working God. I believe the Lord wants to encourage those of you who have had hope deferred in past seasons. The Bible says that hope deferred makes the heart sick.
So I want to declare to you today there is a refreshing wind of the Holy Spirit blowing over you in this season. There is a rejuvenation and restoration that the Lord wants to give to you. God is restoring your faith, spiritual vision, and strength. You are going to rise up now in the name of Jesus and move forward. You’re going to advance the kingdom of God and walk in everything that God has called you to in this harvest season! I want to declare to you today that June is the harvest month so get ready for it! God will do amazing things in June 2024!
