Most of you have experienced times of refreshing as you went through seasons of hearing God’s Voice on a regular basis.
There were times of dialoging with Him when He communicated with you in ways that no one else could possibly understand.
You received revelation by The Holy Spirit, and you sensed His manifested presence in extraordinary ways.
You may have had times when your eyes were opened to the supernatural realm, and you saw visions, angels, or even demons.
You recognized the still small voice of The Holy Spirit and discerned His ways. But then you came into a dry season, and God seemed so distant.
The enemy wreaked havoc, and you felt as if The LORD had abandoned you.
You may have even cried out as King David did in Psalm 13,
“How much longer must I cling to this constant grief? I’ve endured this shaking of my soul. So how much longer will my enemy have the upper hand?” Psalm 13:2 (TPT).
Why does this happen? And why doesn’t every believer experience His glory in such a profound way?
There was a place in the Old Testament called “The Most Holy Place”; The Kodesh Hakodashim.
This is the place where the Shekinah Glory dwelled, and the place where we can now spiritually meet with God at a greater level than we’ve ever known.
The LORD wants to bring you into this Most Holy Place with Him.
The Holy Spirit is reminding me of a song titled, “I Miss My Time with You.”
This is not a song about a declaration of our longing for God, but rather an expression of God’s longing for us.
The LORD is speaking to you right now saying that He misses His time with you. You who once spent quality time with Him.
It’s hard to imagine how the God of creation would miss His time with you, but He does.
The creator of the universe, the Almighty God is longing for a deeper connection with you.
He wants to bring you into a place where you will sense His tangible mighty presence like a cloud of glory.
He wants to give you supernatural encounters and speak to you in dreams and visions.
He wants to bring you into this place that no one knows but you and Him.
The more you go, the more you will know His heart and your desires will become as His. Encounters are birth in this secret place of intimacy.
It is where you will find the open door in Revelation 4. The LORD is calling you back into this place.
A place to encounter His glory and be consumed by His sacred fire once again.
“He reveals the deep things of darkness and brings utter darkness into the light.” Job 12:22.
“He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him.” Daniel 2:22.
“I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, The LORD, Who call you by your name.” Isaiah 45:3.
“He answered and said to them, “Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.”” Matthew 13:11.
