The Spirit of God wants us to know today that, even though we might not understand why we had to go through or are still going through certain things, that it is for a higher purpose!
Even when what we go through is not ordained by God, He still works it out for our good and His glory.
I don’t know how He does it, but He does, and that is enough for me!
He redeems what was lost and broken and makes all things beautiful.
Just like the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where the potter takes broken pottery and puts it back together using gold, making it uniquely beautiful.
He doesn’t hide the scars, the broken places, He highlights them, because that’s what makes us beautiful and powerful, and that’s what gives Him all the glory!
He took a young man and gave him the ability to interpret dreams and see the future. He was despised and betrayed by his own brothers, falsely accused and imprisoned, and made him a wise, powerful ruler so he could save his people from starvation.
He took a little orphan girl and blessed her with beauty, humility, and poise. She was raised by her cousin, exiled to Babylon, and made her queen so that she could save her people from annihilation.
This is who He Is and this is what He does.
Nothing is wasted, nothing goes unseen.
He uses our broken places to bring healing to others and that is the highest, most beautiful place to be!
Don’t lose hope beloved, He Is with you in the furnace of affliction, he’s the fourth man in the fire!
He will preserve you. He will break the shackles that keep you bound and you will not even smell like smoke!
Your breakthrough is near, it is just a matter of time. Trust Him and obey Him and you will see that it was all worth it!
Romans 8:28 AMP
28 And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.
Genesis 37:26-28 AMP
26 Judah said to his brothers, “What do we gain if we kill our brother and cover up his blood (murder)? 27 Come, let us [instead] sell him to these Ishmaelites [and [g]Midianites] and not lay our hands on him, because he is our brother and our flesh.” So his brothers listened to him and agreed. 28 Then as the [h]Midianite [and Ishmaelite] traders were passing by, the brothers pulled Joseph up and lifted him out of the pit, and they sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. And so they took Joseph [as a captive] into Egypt.
Genesis 45:7-8 AMP
7 God sent me [to Egypt] ahead of you to preserve for you a remnant on the earth, and to keep you alive by a great escape. 8 So now it was not you who sent me here, but God; and He has made me a father to Pharaoh and lord of all his household and ruler over all the land of Egypt.
Esther 2:7 AMP
7 He was the guardian of Hadassah, that is Esther, his uncle’s daughter, for she had no father or mother. The young woman was beautiful of form and [b]face; and when her father and mother died, Mordecai took her in as his own daughter.
Esther 4:14 AMP
14 For if you remain silent at this time, liberation and rescue will arise for the Jews from another place, and you and your father’s house will perish [since you did not help when you had the chance]. And who knows whether you have attained royalty for such a time as this [and for this very purpose]?”
Daniel 3:24-27 AMP
24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king [looked and] was astounded, and he jumped up and said to his counselors, “Did we not throw three men who were tied up into the midst of the fire?” They replied to the king, “Certainly, O king.” 25 He answered, “Look! I see four men untied, walking around in the midst of the fire, and they are not hurt! And the appearance of the fourth is like [d]a son of the gods!” 26 Then Nebuchadnezzar approached the door of the blazing furnace and said, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, servants of the Most High God, come out [of there]! Come here!” Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego came out of the midst of the fire. 27 The satraps, the prefects, the governors and the king’s counselors gathered around them and saw that in regard to these men the fire had no effect on their bodies—their hair was not singed, their clothes were not scorched or damaged, even the smell of smoke was not on them.
Deuteronomy 30 MSG
God, your God, will restore everything you lost; he’ll have compassion on you; he’ll come back and pick up the pieces from all the places where you were scattered. No matter how far away you end up, God, your God, will get you out of there and bring you back to the land your ancestors once possessed.
