Mr. President, Thank You for Pardoning the J6ers, but Please Free Tina Peters

Tina Peters, the 69-year-old Gold Star Mother Election Clerk who reportedly uncovered fraud and malfeasance in Colorado related to the 2020 election, was convicted on bogus charges in a sham trial and sits in prison today.

OPINION – On the first day of his triumphant return to the Oval Office, President Trump fulfilled a campaign promise by pardoning the J6 political prisoners and commuting their sentences. Despite the usual poor advice from establishment DC politicos, Trump pardoned EVERY J6er caught up in the trap set for them that cold day four-plus years ago.

That action alone provided a fantastic start to his second term. Although Trump could not undo the obscene injustice, mistreatment, and torture endured by these Patriots, it restored their freedom and instilled hope to rebuild their lives.

Importantly, the pardons also gave these victims their voice back, which had been taken from them through gag orders, false imprisonment, orchestrated false narratives, hiding and suppressing exculpatory evidence, and the threat of torture for speaking out. Until now, very few have had the opportunity to tell their story about what really happened that day, how they were stripped of all Constitutional rights, and how they have been so wickedly mistreated.

Last week at the CPAC event in DC, Steve Bannon and the War Room invited J6ers onto the show to share information and tell their stories. What they shared was shocking to many who had been shielded from this information and propagandized by the mainstream media and politicians.

On a personal level, these stories break my heart and fill me with righteous anger towards the evil politicians, agencies, law enforcement groups, prison personnel, prosecutors, judges, and media who conspired to plan and execute this cruel plan to create a fake “insurrection” and then entrap, imprison, convict, and abuse Americans legitimately protesting a stolen election.

The entire “J6 Insurrection” is an extremely ugly stain on this nation—not as the conspirators disingenuously portray it as an attempt to overthrow the government—but for the evil scheme and absolute miscarriage of justice that it has been. The scheme served many purposes, including sealing a stolen election, framing Trump as an “insurrectionist,” stifling further challenges about the election malfeasance, and sending a warning to MAGA that they would be severely punished if they opposed the regime.

Caught up in this wicked plan were the J6ers. They are victims from start to finish.

Unfortunately, there is another comparably ugly conspiracy and miscarriage of justice that is similarly in urgent need of being rectified. Tina Peters, the 69-year-old Gold Star Mother Election Clerk who reportedly uncovered fraud and malfeasance in Colorado related to the 2020 election, was convicted on bogus charges in a sham trial and sits in prison today.

The crux of the case revolves around Tina, in response to being ordered to make a system update by the Colorado Secretary of State that would wipe out election data, making a forensic copy of the database to comply with Federal law. The retained information allegedly revealed that the machines were connected to the Internet, and the results could be manipulated. The state’s reaction was to charge Tina with identity theft, resulting in a conviction and a 9-year sentence.

Joe Oltmann, Colorado resident and former tech CEO turned political activist and podcaster dedicated to exposing truth and election integrity, has worked tirelessly to fight for Tina and true justice to prevail. This week, Joe issued an appeal to Congress to take action to address this abuse of governmental power and free Tina Peters.

Here is the full appeal published on theuntamedtruth.com:

Tina Peters remains wrongfully imprisoned due to politically motivated charges brought against her in Colorado. This is not just a state case—federal intervention is not only possible but necessary. Under the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution (Article VI, Clause 2) and the Fourteenth Amendment (Section 1, Clause 2), the state of Colorado has no jurisdiction over this case. Furthermore, a recent executive order, Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government, provides the legal framework to challenge this egregious conviction and secure justice for Tina Peters.

Tina Peters, as a duly elected county clerk, took an oath to uphold the United States Constitution. She fulfilled her federal duty to preserve election records, acting in full compliance with federal law. Because of this, she is protected under the Supremacy Clause, making Colorado’s prosecution and sentencing wholly unconstitutional. The state has blatantly overstepped its authority, and its verdict and punishment must be nullified.

The recent executive order directly confronts the abuse of power by government agencies and their unjust persecution of political opponents. It mandates a full review of cases where individuals have been targeted for exposing corruption or defending constitutional principles. The case of Tina Peters is one of the most blatant examples of such tyranny.

Tina Peters courageously exposed the vulnerabilities in electronic voting systems, proving that these systems were connected to the internet and that critical election records had been erased. Instead of being honored for her integrity and dedication to election security, she was persecuted, falsely charged with identity theft, and sentenced to an outrageous nine-year prison term. This punishment was never about justice—it was a calculated move to silence a truth-teller and instill fear in others who might stand up against corruption.

This executive order, in conjunction with the supremacy clause, serves as a crucial tool to undo the injustice inflicted upon whistleblowers like Tina Peters. If her case is rightfully transferred to the federal courts, as required under the Supremacy Clause. This action would not only correct the grave injustice inflicted upon Tina Peters but also affirm that no state has the authority to prosecute individuals for fulfilling their constitutional obligations.

Tina Peters’ case is a battle for justice, integrity, and the fundamental rights of every American. Political persecution cannot be allowed to stand. The time for action is now—her case must be overturned, and those responsible for this abuse of power must be held accountable. Justice must prevail, and the principle of protecting those who expose corruption must be upheld at the highest levels of government.

This injustice and egregious situation have been on my heart for quite a long time. In the lead-up to the inauguration, I issued my own appeal to President Trump to free the J6ers and Tina Peters, entitled Free the Political Prisoners: Put J6ers and Tina Peters at the Top of the List.

There have been recent reports that Tina is being mistreated and is in danger. Tina, herself, messaged that she was not suicidal.

Against this backdrop, time is of the essence. Tina has suffered enough and seems to stand in harm’s way. Tina is a Patriot and a hero—not a criminal.

Once again, I reiterate my appeal to President Trump, and join with Joe Oltmann in his appeal to Congress, to quickly intervene in this situation.

I also encourage anyone reading this post to pray for justice for Tina Peters and reach out to your Representatives and Senators to address this matter.

Thank you, President Trump, for your decisive action with the J6 victims. Echoing the U.S. military motto—I say, “No man left behind!”

Please free Tina Peters.
