Holy Pause

This is a new week. A new chance to do things with God, not for Him.

Take a holy pause today.

If the past few weeks have looked anything like mine, it’s been go, go, go. Do, do, do. Overwhelming, exhausting—at times exhilarating—but mostly frustrating. There have been moments where I could see and feel God so clearly and moments where I couldn’t.

But here’s what I rest in…

Even when I cannot feel Him, I know He is there.

In those moments of frustration, when nothing seems to be going right, when I feel like pulling my hair out, there’s an invitation—an invitation to take a holy pause. To step back and breathe.

“I’m not in control of any of this, but You are. I give it to You.”

I’ll be honest; I’ve failed at this so many times. But grace upon grace upon grace, He is still there. He is still with me.

So, if your past couple of weeks have felt like a whirlwind, I encourage you to step back, pause, and reset your focus on Him. Give this new week over to the Creator of all creation and trust that He has already gone before you.

This is a new week. A new chance to do things with God, not for Him. Because He doesn’t need us to do anything for Him.

He simply desires to do everything with us.

I pray today brings you peace, a reset in the Lord, and a heart prepared for a week of divine encounters.

Less frustration, more praise.

Less striving, more seeking.

Have a blessed Sunday, friends.

He is with you.
