Gloria!

It is for us to live and celebrate the glory of His Resurrection every day.

How glorious it is when brothers (children of the Heavenly Father) live together as one! That’s how King David began his praise song of ascents, which then focuses on the blessing of the priesthood that flows as a result (Psalm 133).

Almost nowhere else in Christendom does that happen in such a concerted manner than at the time believers celebrate Resurrection – once a year.

Large sections of the body of Christ take time to prepare themselves spiritually and physically, to meditate, to anticipate, to participate, and then to savor the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

It is a wonderful one-day culmination of oneness in purpose.

While that is wonderful, have we settled for less than what our glorious Christ triumphed?

When Holy Spirit began stirring this message in my spirit, the answer became clear.

He said, “It [the Resurrection] is not to be relegated.”

Noting the word “relegate,” I referenced Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary. There, relegate is defined as “to send into exile, banish; to assign to a place of insignificance or of oblivion: put out of sight or mind.”

It became crystal clear that Christ’s Resurrection relegates the world, the flesh, and the ancient enemy’s works into oblivion. Yet, Christ’s Resurrection must never be relegated.

Heavenly Father has given us the spirit of power, love and a sound mind in Christ (2 Timothy 1:7). He told me, though it took some time for it to sink in to the place of renewed thinking, “You (as believers) acclimate to what you are called to change.”

Many answers we seek lie in change of ourselves (to renewal in Christ) and in departure from religious and man-made tradition.

If there is not power, love, and a sound mind. . .if there is not the right and peace change that we seek. . .then the change does not lie with Father, Son and Spirit, but with us.

It is not for us to relegate Christ’s Resurrection, nor to relegate it to one day – and to rob Him of the fruit of His extreme suffering and ourselves of the power of His transformation.

It is for us to live and celebrate the glory of His Resurrection every day.

The grace of God is upon us for change! The promise of Father is upon us for the functioning priesthood of Christ, which is powerful and effective for transformation! Amen.
