My Thoughts

With an exciting plot that keeps you on edge, Unworthy delivers on its promise to provide an engaging read with relatable characters. Though it can be read as a standalone, Unworthy is best enjoyed after reading Unknown.

I loved the chance to see Evgeny again, especially since I also got to see Sofia and Gabe. But getting a close look at Evgeny’s life after his injury ended his ballet career made me want to read this book.

But Sasha almost stole the show. Her inner conflict and attempt to understand the power of redemption made her relatable. I think a lot of readers can connect to her desire to overcome past mistakes and keep from repeating them.

Unworthy features a lot of theological truths. Hall explores what it means to be a new creature in Christ and how God’s love covers a multitude of sins. She also explores the importance of standing up for your faith in the midst of opposition, something that echoes what Kristina Hall explores in Fled for Refuge.

Overall, Unworthy is a gripping romantic suspense you don’t want to miss.
