You Bid Me to Come

Abiding with You, I’m forever changed.

YOU bid me to come

To Your chamber today

Where You soothe

All my worries away.

YOU bid me to come

And sit by Your side

And there daily

For me to abide.

YOU bid me to come

And feel Your embrace

As we sit together

Face to face.

YOU bid me to come

And drink from Your cup

As by Your Spirit

You lift me up.

YOU bid me to come

So You can hear my voice

Knowing it is always

By my choice.

YOU bid me to come

And hear Your plan

For how I am to walk

Throughout this land.

YOU bid me to come

And receive Your all

To give me strength

So I do not fall.

YOU bid me to come

And stay with You

Your anointing within me

In all that I do.

YOU bid me to come

And take Your Name

Abiding with You

I’m forever changed.

YOU bid me to come

And to You I’ll sing

I give You my heart

My most Holy King.

John 6:37

All that My Father gives Me will come to Me; and the one who comes to Me I will most certainly not cast out [I will never, never reject anyone who follows Me].
