To All You Hubbies Out There

I promise if you choose one or all of these ideas, your wife will love it! So let’s get ready to celebrate the season of love!

Hey husbands,

I know it’s probably weird having someone you may or may not know write to you and tell you what to do. I’m not here to do that, but only to offer my unsolicited two cents for this Valentine‘s season! Hopefully, y’all didn’t forget, because it’s right around the corner.

For those of y’all married to a mama of littles, these 4 simple ideas are for you:

1- Let that woman take a nap. Don’t make her set an alarm, just say “baby, go nap and relax for however long you want”—best thing you can say! And bonus—it don’t cost ya nothing but a little of your sanity because you’re tagging in to watch the littles.

2- When she’s done relaxing and napping, don’t tell her about all the meltdowns that happened during that time. Trust me. It’s a gift.

3- Treat her with time to herself. Whether your woman likes shopping, getting her hair or nails done, exercising…give her free time to herself so she can rejuvenate and feel refreshed. This option could cost you a pretty penny but, hey, your sweet wife is worth it, right?

4- Time with YOU. Planned by YOU. And enjoyed by the two of you. So call up the babysitter and make your reservations!

I promise if you choose one or all of these ideas, your wife will love it! So let’s get ready to celebrate the season of love!

Ps. My hubby proofreads my stuff so don’t worry, he got the same list for me too, haha!
