The Sound of Amazing Grace is Being Sung Over Your Life

God goes ahead of us to plant seeds of beauty even in the ashes of difficult seasons.

Recently I woke up hearing the words from the song “Amazing Grace” in my spirit being sung over God’s people.

We must remember that grace speaks of unmerited favor (favor with men and favor with God). It speaks of God’s watchfulness over His people, over the very details of their lives in every season and circumstance.

Often we fret and worry about the details of our lives; our health, finances, relationships, jobs, or futures. We do not have to live in the oppressive grip of fear and anxiety because we live in the grip of grace that sets us free. We are free to rest in the trust of our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is watchful over the details of our lives. I am continually amazed at the ways our God is working behind the scenes of our lives to make sure that everything works together for our good. He goes ahead of us to plant seeds of beauty even in the ashes of difficult seasons.

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” Philippians‬ ‭4:6-7‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Amazing grace ushers us into amazing peace and that peace guards our hearts and minds from warfare, fear, and doubt. Grace does for us what we could never do for ourselves. Jesus is our grace and as we live in Him we live in grace.

Thank Him as you live in His grace. He is working on your behalf, He has not forgotten your requests or your needs but is ever aware of all that you need.

Amazing grace is being sung over you today. It is the soundtrack of your life and the favor that surrounds you. Join in the sweetness of that sound today.

“Amazing grace, how sweet the sound…”
