I used to think that things that are worded in certain ways in scripture, were worded the way because of different people’s perspectives. I’ve come to realize, however, that everything in the Word of God was written the way that it was for a very specific purpose.
In many places, Jesus Christ is referred to as the Son of God while in others He is referred to as the Son of Man. I thought these titles were just different ways of referring to Him, but I discovered that it was something much deeper than I originally thought.
One day I was reading about the Ark of the Covenant in the Old Testament, and how it was designed and created. While I was reading the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “Daniel, this Ark is a representation of Jesus Christ as the Son of God and the Son of Man all rolled into one Revelation!”
As I heard this my whole body went Electric as though someone had plugged me into a Lightning bolt and I said, “Show me how Lord, I need a Deeper Knowledge of You.”
As I said that My eyes began to open in a way that I’ve only experienced a few times in the past as He began to teach me about the Revelation of the Ark of God.
The top of the Ark of the Covenant was called the Mercy Seat and it was made of Solid Gold, anything Gold in the Bible usually always represents God or Who He is as a person, while the bottom of the Ark was incorruptible (doesn’t decay) wood covered with Gold. Jesus Christ was as much man as though He was not God, and as much God as though He was not man. He’s the Son of God in the Mercy Seat and the Son of Man in the bottom of the Ark.
In the Mercy Seat, He is Divine Diety and in the Bottom of the Ark, He’s the Word made flesh (John 1:14). In 1 John 2:2 Jesus Christ is referred to as the “PROPITIATION” for our sins, that word Propitiation is directly translated as “Mercy Seat.” This Mercy Seat was where the High Priest placed the Atonement blood in the Old Testament to atone for the sins of the nation.
Meanwhile, at the bottom of the Ark, there were three things in there that speak of Jesus’s ministry as the Son of Man. Those three things were the 10 commandments (the Law or Word of God), the Jar of Manna (the Living Bread from Heaven, John 6:48), and the Rod of Aaron that budded (the Resurrection Power of the Holy Spirit, Numbers 17).
While all of this understanding about Jesus Christ is truly amazing, it was what He shared with me next that truly spoke to me because He said, “Daniel, every believer is a part of Me as the Son of Man Company!”
“For the husband is head of the wife as CHRIST IS THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH, HIMSELF THE SAVIOR OF [HIS] BODY.” Ephesians 5:23
“So we, numerous as we are, ARE ONE BODY IN CHRIST (the Messiah) AND INDIVIDUALLY WE ARE PARTS ONE OF ANOTHER [mutually dependent on one another].” Romans 12:5
If this is true then everything that Jesus Christ had access to as the Son of Man is now available to every member of that Body. We are becoming the Living Word (through Transformation) giving forth the Bread of Life by the Resurrection Power of the Holy Spirit Who lives inside of each of us as the individual Temples of the Holy Spirit!
WE CARRY HIS DNA PERSONALLY NOW BECAUSE OF THE DIVINE NATURE WHICH WE HAVE BECOME SHARERS OF:
“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might BE PARTAKERS OF THE DIVINE NATURE, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” 2 Peter 1:4
You and I now have access to more Authority and Power than we have ever thought possible! Whether male or female you are a part of the Son of Man’s Company (Body) if you belong to Jesus Christ.
It’s time for the Real People of God to please stand up, take your place and stop playing Church! Be the Church, full of the Power by the Holy Spirit, Full of the Word of God made flesh in your Life and Handing out That Life to Everyone He leads you to as Living Bread from Heaven! His Hands and Feet We Are!!
