The Shepherd

Every day I wake up.
Each night I go to sleep
and all the moments in-between,
The Shepherd herds His sheep.

From morning into night time,
yes, all around the clock,
The Shepherd guides with loving care
each member of His flock.

Praise and honor Jesus.
The Shepherd of my soul.
Without Him, I am incomplete
but with Him I am whole.

No greater love has He for those
who listen to His word
and blessed are the counted sheep
the Shepherd loves to herd.

I pray with every breath I take
in all sincerity,
that He will take me home with Him
into eternity.

Praise and honor Jesus.
The Shepherd of my soul.
Without Him, I am incomplete
but with Him, I am whole.
