Responsibility of a Leader

We see self-made administrators of Christ’s Church preaching a feel-good word instead of the “Word” who is Christ Jesus.

Matthew 18:6

“As leaders, you are responsible for those you lead. These people are looking to you for guidance, like little children. We have a responsibility to lead and to lead well. We can’t take our leadership lightly.”

The Bible tells us in the book of Timothy that many should not become teachers. He tells fellow believers of those chosen to teach who will be judged more strictly than the rest.

Nevertheless, even with this warning, in place, men and women do not adhere to the instruction. We see self-made administrators of Christ’s Church preaching a feel-good word instead of the “Word” who is Christ Jesus.

They are declaring sermons of prosperity and breakthrough, giving the tithes to receive a full storehouse, and twisting the truth of Malachi 3, an ancient Israel practice given in agricultural means. They place self-wealth “above” the Good News of the Holy Gospel of Jesus Christ.

God prevails, and today, He is firmly warning those who abuse their leverage standing on behalf of God to govern rightly and lead His people are in for surprising decelerations of defeat because they refused to repent and give back to the people.

The office of apostle, and prophet, come with exemplary responsibility to edify, found, release, and teach while the pastor, sees through with governing the sheep in the buildings.

Still, no matter the assignment, mantle, or degree of anointing, the responsibility to handle a soul like fine China is the same. Sadly, we live in a society when broken saucers and cups throughout congregations and nations because the self/made leaders do not have the Holy Spirit who heals.

The “Good News” is missing, along with sincerity and zeal. The tremendous energy and enthusiasm needed to fulfill the pursuit of Christ and not themselves.

Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

The towers are filled with numerous moral disappointments who placed themselves on the stage to be viewed as holy yet controllers with no self-control functioning fully in great speech and charisma. We ask ourselves, “how could this have happened?” The answer is feelings. The actors have perfected the art of mastering the emotions of others to receive their demonic lies. Therefore becoming a headliner of the show, and every Sunday, the people pour in to see the celebrity. More deceiving is they are covered into paying for the witchcraft called God’s word.

These feelings, therefore, play upon the believer, leaving them stuck in chains, never realizing the people have become entrapped in a vortex of heresy, blasphemy, and false promises, never coming. by these tithe toting ministers, and in some cases, God has spoken, “they are deviants.”

That last one is a doozy for many because we see a lot of leaders who have fallen short of God’s truth and humility. Doing a lot more entertaining than teaching, and as I speak from experience, from traveling to many churches in secret. They brush me aside, still carrying a heavy anointing that has yet to be discovered.

Deviant: departing from usual or accepted standards, especially in social or sexual behavior.

The Lord is angry, and the Holy Spirit is grieved over some heinous behavior. The Holy Spirit revealed.

“A storm will fall over them. I will wash it all away, and like a mudslide, the dirt that falls can not be recovered.” SAITH THE LORD

This will leave many in the church confused and disheartened, falling away from the faith due to a broken heart deceived for so long. God says,

I will send others to take their place and pour out My healing over the earth teaching them to love and forgive. I will fill the people with My love, and mercy will heal them.” SAITH THE LORD

Isaiah 2:12…“The LORD Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted, they will be humbled.”

Proverbs 11:2… “When pride comes then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.

Our Father hates what pride and deception has done to His people, but we are to understand Proverbs 8:13….”

“To fear the Lord is to hate evil, and I HATE pride and arrogance.”

Sadly, many have become like their leader who pours out into the congregation a foul spirit. We often become our company. God’s sheep are now filled with idolatry and act more like groupies than followers of Christ—to blindly follow every whim of the Pastor’s subtle command. It’s not Christ’s law and council.

The Lord is unveiling the truths of what is happening in today’s church buildings, a false Christianity. The damage to His church. He will make a way when there was none previously, and the charade continued.

Brothers and sisters, it’s time for accountability in the church and good council. Bravely we will confront our sin and overcome it through Christ. Do not lose hope because Hope is alive in Jesus Christ. The Gospel will be sincerely revealed and, in some cases, for the first time to those having heard it a thousand. It will resonate differently by the Spirit of God coming from His people.

The integrity of God is on the horizon, glimpsed yet not seen. Jesus is waiting on the official time to reveal His lineage.

Romans 7:18For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.”

Apostle Paul also tells us in the book of 1 Corinthians,

“That no flesh should glory in His presence. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom,  righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. That according to the written Word, he that glorifies, let him glorify in the Lord”

Jesus Christ is our goodness, His grace is sufficient, and in His perfection, we strive to be like Him still through Him. We glorify God and not man. We love our leaders, yes. But we bow only to God. We do not kiss the feet of men but wash the feet of our brothers.

Jesus says it’s time to stop judging one another. He commanded you not to do such things, so, “why do you continue to rebel against Me.” SAITH THE LORD.

John 13:34 new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

There is a lack of self-love due to a withdrawal of charity for Jesus Christ. We love ourselves inaccurately due to invalid teachers in the church.

Today is the day to accomplish the will of God. We will immerse ourselves in the living God, therefore, becoming like Him in Spirit and flesh.

New leaders will arise, and there will be no misjudging, although the men we speak of previously will rattle to discredit them. God will make it clear to who you are to listen.

The refining fire of God at work to purify the church leaves a spotless Bride ready to be received into Heaven. Our shortcomings, skin color, or affiliation will no longer matter to God’s people.

The leaders will teach on repentance meaning and how to achieve it. Without it, there are no forgiveness, breakthrough, and prosperity preachers who will seal their fate.

True forgiveness comes through genuine repentance, and unfortunately, these days, a lifetime in the church has no fundamental change on people and for a reason.

We will be accountable for every single soul God places before us. The truth will often bring a temporary sadness or shame, to later reveal God’s glory and eternal treasure in the church.

Our nation will see a decline before rising again.

There is a breakthrough for those who walk in the Lord’s truth, as there is a tremendous blessing for those who do so.

The Lord’s salvation is found only through Jesus Christ, and the conversations about sin, heaven, and hell are more critical than prosperity, although prosperity comes through obedience and not tithing. Do you know what that means?

Those who have taught wrongly on the tithe have put you in a position of rebellion against the word; therefore, you are paying them to get rich and will not receive anything in return until you repent and come out of agreement with those people. God will bless you for your obedience to the word, Which says to give abundantly from your heart, meaning you won’t stop giving to those leading the church but at your discretion and what you can afford.

Everyone is given the opportunity; there are no exceptions to the truth. Those governing the Lord’s people in and out of the church buildings, but within the body, are being watched by the Lord—with an Eagle eye.

I am instructed to make common knowledge this utterance from the Lord,

You will accept My witnesses and the surging of My helpers—the faithful to Me only. I have set aside and hidden numerous in foreign lands from the rest, yet you saw them, and tirelessly their trials and tears were before you, yet in their drought, they never faltered in their love and commitment for me. They do not complain nor quiver at My harsh discipline. But instead, they glorify Me openly and in secret. I will pay these back for the years the canker-worm ate at their homes and families and for the ridicule and shame brought on them falsely for the spreading of My name.

I have watched My saints in silence. Retaining their innocence and praying for the guilty who hurt them. It is Me, the Lord Your God, who protects them. I will see to it that it does not happen again. I will make it known so that no one can deny they are My people. I have placed a specific mark upon their heads that is unmistakable. These are My Chosen Champions. They belong to Me.” SAITH THE LORD.

This is the Word of the Lord. Thanks be to God.

This is…”The Responsibility Of A Leader.”
