Description
I created this simple, yet useful printable for my own family, and we use it to build small, consistent (good) habits that help create change for the whole family.
Teaching the kids to do this short routine (that includes a God focus) also helps me as a parent, practice building my own (good habits). I feel that if we peel back the layers of our goals, we can see that the small, consistent habits laying beneath are what helps close the gap (build the bridge) to courageously reach the other side where these goals are waiting to be accomplished successfully.
