I think one of the hardest things you can do in life is finding the voice of hope when bad news knocks on your door!   If you live long enough, you will find yourself going through something that is bigger than you and bigger than your own voice. 

Many of us work hard at denying toxic or bad emotions.  What you don’t realize is that every emotion serves a purpose along with the trial that comes with those emotions. If you numb one emotion, you numb them all.
