Our Hearts Cry Out to Be Healed

God is preparing a battalion of Barnabus’s (Sons of Encouragement).

I had one of those moments yesterday afternoon where my spirit and the Spirit of God were in sync, I cried, “heal my heart” but it was inspired by the Spirit of God.

Jesus is kneeling at the front porch steps, I walk up and he asked, “care to join me?”

I kneel next to him.  My heart cries, “heal my heart.”

Tears flow down his cheeks as he begins to pray.

The prejudices in my heart manifest, anger toward those I think are my enemy arises.  I see faces of different people as I kneel next to Jesus on the front porch steps.

“I can’t discern who are my enemies.”  Now tears flow from my eyes.

Jesus turns to me, “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.  Some have given themselves over to the enemy, it’s their desire to thwart the plans of our Father.  Others are jealous, envious, angry with you for what you say, those you are called to forgive. Remember this is a spiritual war so press into me and depend on my grace and mercy.  Don’t try to fight them on your own or you will be worn out and defeated.

A soothing balm covers my heart, healing begins, forgiveness flows.  I lean against Jesus and bow my head.  Jesus leans in toward me.  I feel his strength and support, my heart is washed in his presence.  Our shoulders are pressed together.

The Spirit speaks, “This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—believe that you have received it and it will be yours.  And whenever you stand praying, if you find that you carry something in your heart against another person, release him and forgive him so that your Father in heaven will also release you and forgive you of your faults. But if you will not release forgiveness, don’t expect your Father in heaven to release you from your misdeeds.”

This is the hour to allow Jesus Christ to come close and exam the areas of our hearts that are dark and deceived, as we lean in, the darkness of our hearts will be exposed and released.  There is a place in our hearts God wants to release breakthrough.

God is preparing a battalion of Barnabas’s (Sons of Encouragement).  People who will bring light to the darkness with love and mercy, truth, and grace; with clean hearts.

This is our moment to allow deep to cry out to deep.  To become one with Christ on a deeper level.  This is an opportunity to allow the grace of God to change and transform our hearts.

Jesus comes closer, wraps me in himself.  I see Jesus kneeling praying for me at the porch steps, I am hidden in Christ.  My heart is aligning with his heart.  Tears flow down his cheeks.

Jesus cries out in prayer, “I’ve got this, I’ve got this.”   My heart yields as tears flow.

I hear, “Accelerated heartbeat.”   The acceleration of God’s plans has begun and it starts in our hearts. He uses the circumstances we face to shape our hearts to align with his.
