New Balance in June

We need to refuse to let our mind get to that place of discouragement, and instead dwell on His promises and His character.

June 1st, I had a dream that I was climbing up a very steep hill. As I started my climb, three of my cousins joined me on my journey at three different stages.

The first one’s name means honeybee. She was walking ahead of me encouraging me on my journey. According to the Divinity Code, one of the meanings of the bee is angels.

The second cousin, showed up right in the middle of the climb, at the hardest point, when I was sweating, huffing, and puffing. She was slightly behind me, trying to keep up with me and distracting me from my climb by asking me random questions. I refused to look back and kept climbing, her name means: dark.

The third cousin showed up steps away from the end of my climb, just as I was catching my breath. She asked me to go with her somewhere, very insistently, but I said: “no sorry, I can’t, I am almost there.” Her name means sea of bitterness.

As I was bent over, catching my breath, I looked down at my feet and I was wearing a brand new pair of blue running shoes and the brand was “NEW BALANCE”. I was very surprised, as they weren’t my style or usual brand of running shoes. As I am reflecting on this, I remembered that I needed to pick up a prayer shawl that I had ordered. Suddenly I am holding the white and blue prayer shawl and as I am reading the inscription on the hem, which was written in Hebrew, it said:” FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS”.

As soon as I woke up, I wrote everything down, and as I am writing, The Lord tells me to look up the definition of NEW BALANCE.

What Is a New Balance? (Investopedia.com)

In consumer finance, the term “new balance” refers to the amount owed by a credit cardholder at the end of their billing cycle. The new balance, is the sum of the previous balance, and the payments made during the billing cycle, as well as any credit, purchases, balance transfers, fees, cash advances, or interest charges.

Dream interpretation:

My climb represents the journey to my Promised Land. The three cousins represent:

#1) Bee. Angelic help sent to aid me in on my walk.

#2) Dark. The lies, attacks, delays, and hindrances that we experience when we are most vulnerable and weak. The enemy trying to distract us, make us fall into depression, make us look back, slow us down, give up and turn around.

#3) Sea of bitterness. The crushing and pressure we feel just before the breakthrough. Right at the threshold, just as the People of Israel felt when they found themselves between the sea and the Egyptian army. The enemy will try everything he can to take you there, to make you give up steps away from your Promised Land! To make you believe, you’ll never get there, that God Has left you! While in fact, we are right at the threshold of our breakthrough!

But we need to refuse to let our mind get to that place of discouragement, and instead dwell on His promises and His character. Stand on the truth of God and what He said about us.

The new, blue shoes represent the new spiritual mandate, and authority that we have received as a result of having walked through, and endured everything we have to get where we are now.

The prayer shawl represents the new anointing, the fresh covering, favor, and authority we have received as a result of our obedience, faith, and trust even in the darkest times when everything seemed the total opposite of what he promised. Just as Esther humbled herself, went through a time of purification, anointing, and did everything she could to serve, and please her king, to find favor in His sight, we have been found pleasing to our King and have been anointed for SUCH A TIME AS THIS!

I asked the Lord to expand on the meaning of

THE NEW BALANCE; He said:

Rosangela The NEW BALANCE represents the end of your trial, your “billing cycle”. Your obedience and blind faith in Me, your refusal to believe the lies of the enemy, and to keep believing what I have spoken over you, have been counted as payment towards your outstanding balance. Just as Abraham hoped and believed beyond all hope that he would be the father of nations, and it was credited to him as righteousness, so have you believed in My promises, and now you stand at the beginning of this NEW MONTH, WITH A NEW BALANCE, AND THAT BALANCE IS ZERO!

God doesn’t change, His love and mercy remain the same, if He counted Abraham’s faith as righteousness, He will do the same for us.

Psalm 34:17 NIV

The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.

Proverbs 15:29 NIV

The LORD is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.

GENESIS 15:5-6 NIV

He took him outside and said, “Look up at the sky and count the stars—if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” Abram believed the Lord, and He credited it to him as righteousness.

ROMANS 4 NIV

Abraham Justified by Faith

What then shall we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, discovered in this matter?  If, in fact, Abraham was justified by works, he had something to boast about—but not before God. What does Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness.”

Now to the one who works, wages are not credited as a gift but as an obligation. However, to the one who does not work but trusts God who justifies the ungodly, their faith is credited as righteousness. David says the same thing when he speaks of the blessedness of the one to whom God credits righteousness apart from works: “Blessed are those whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the one whose sin the Lord will never count against them.”

Is this blessedness only for the circumcised, or also for the uncircumcised? We have been saying that Abraham’s faith was credited to him as righteousness.  Under what circumstances was it credited? Was it after he was circumcised, or before? It was not after, but before!  And he received circumcision as a sign, a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while he was still uncircumcised. So then, he is the father of all who believe but have not been circumcised, in order that righteousness might be credited to them.  And he is then also the father of the circumcised who not only are circumcised but who also follow in the footsteps of the faith that our father Abraham had before he was circumcised.

It was not through the law that Abraham and his offspring received the promise that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness that comes by faith. For if those who depend on the law are heirs, faith means nothing and the promise is worthless, because the law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression.

Therefore, the promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring—not only to those who are of the law but also to those who have the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us all. As it is written: “I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed—the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.”  The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.
