Kingdom Kids:Bekah’s Top 5 Ways to Stop Worrying

Tell your Mom, Dad, Grandparents, or a trusted adult when you feel worried.

Are you worried about something in your life right now? Here are some tips on how to stop worrying about it!

1. Tell a grown-up you trust

Tell your Mom, Dad, Grandparents, or a trusted adult when you feel worried.  They will be able to help you through it.

2. Distract yourself

Keep busy and don’t think about your worries if you don’t have to. Until it is solved, find something good to keep your mind on. It will help quite a bit.

3. Read my devotional about anxiousness (it’s right here)

I made it not too long ago and I think it will really help.

4. Try solving it in the best way possible

After telling a trusted grownup, this is probably what should come next. That’s all I have to say about this one

5. Sleep on it

Is it a decision? Give it a day and see what seems wise.

6. (And this is a bonus for you!)  Pray about it

The Bible tells us to cast all our cares on God.  Tell God how you feel.  Ask him to give you wisdom.  He promises to give wisdom to those who seek it!
