It’s Time to Step Into the Jordan

This equipping is to bring in a great harvest of souls.

I have been sensing that a number of people who have been obediently walking in step with the Spirit of God are on the verge of stepping into their promise.

Last night I had a dream where Jesus and I were standing on the bank of the Jordan river. Jesus motioned with his arms toward the river as if to say, “Shall we? Shall we step into the river together and cross over into the promised land?”

I have been sensing especially this month that we are at the edge of breaking through into a greater manifestation of PRESENCE and POWER through an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. This equipping is to bring in a great harvest of souls.

What God has been dropping into my spirit is that we are at a point where we have to birth this breakthrough in the territory God had called us to by PRAYER, FASTING, and OBEDIENT FAITH FILLED STEPS (putting our feet into the Jordan). We are at the point where we need to PUSH to bring the promise forth.

In 2016, I had a dream where God showed me that His heart was to move the Church from “skim milk” (teaching of the Word void of the FULLNESS-the cream) and “Business as Usual” into a DOUBLE PORTION. This double portion required new clothing (a new wineskin to hold the richness and fullness that He desired to pour out.) He told me that this type of church, run as a business and without the fat (anointing) was dying. Then He showed me the double portion that He desired to move the Church into (for those who were willing to give up status quo).

As I looked upon this double portion in the dream, I was overcome. It was beyond what I had ever hoped for. Then God spoke saying, “Didn’t I tell you that I would do exceedingly, abundantly, beyond all you could ask or imagine?”

Will you join me in contending for Acts 1:8? May we receive dunamis power when the Holy Spirit comes upon us so that we may be witnesses in our homes, neighborhoods, cities, states, and into the most remote places on the earth.

Let’s take Jesus’ invitation to step forward by faith into the Jordan River toward the territory that God has promised to us.
