God Has His Hands On You

You may ask “Lord, why me?” or “Lord, why am I going through this?” Just as He trusted Job to go through, He trusts you, too!

Isaiah 41:13; 64:8 (NKJV)

This is a word that was shared in 2017 and is still needed for today! You need to be reminded that God has His hands on you! I need to be reminded that God has His hands on me! Despite what you may be going through, God has His hands on you! It doesn’t feel good to be in what we are in right now, but God has His hands on you! He is allowing you and me to go through what we are going through because He has His hands on us! We are able to walk among the “lions” on the job because God has His hands on us! We are able to be in the fire and come out without a mark because He has His hands on us protecting us from the fire! God has His hands on you! God has His hands on me!

He knows what we are going through! He knows the pain we are enduring! He knows the obstacles that we are facing! He knew what we were going to go through before we got to it! He is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End! He is the Author of lives, and because He knows our stories, His hands are on us throughout every chapter of our lives. In all things, He has His hands on you!

You may ask “Lord, why me?” or “Lord, why am I going through this?” Just as He trusted Job to go through, He trusts you, too! He has faith in you and keeps His hands on you! The uncomfortable feeling you are experiencing may not be what you think. He is the Potter, and we are His clay. The uncomfortable feeling, pruning of unnecessary things, the hurt and pain, and the removal of people could be the result of His hands shaping and molding you (let that marinate).

Others will see you going through and wonder how you are making it through! Others will see you smile through the pain and wonder why you are able to smile! Others will see you and wonder how you are able to do what you are able to do! The answer? Because God has His hands on you! When they realize the hands of God are upon you and embrace the fact that God’s hands are on them, then they will be encouraged, inspired to work with God’s hands and not against God’s hands (let that marinate).

So you may be going through it, you may not feel good, you may be tired (don’t give up) but know that just like Allstate Insurance, you are in good hands! I can smile because God has His hands on me! I can keep pushing because God has His hands on me! I can cry because God has His hands on me! I can rejoice because God has His hands on me! I know that I will be alright because God has His hands on me!

And guess what? You will be alright, too! God has His hands on you!
