God will intervene in the chaos and conflict and return to set up His kingdom on earth and reverse all the consequences of man’s fall.
The unity of the body of Christ will be one of the greatest signs and miracles at the end of this age.
Some of the most esteemed things men have built for Him are the most void of His Spirit because they honor man’s works and services above God’s.
Love will boldly confront sin with a redemptive heart and not a condemning one.
We must be in a church that is devoted to preaching sound doctrine and addressing the crucial issues of our times with insight and wisdom so we can respond to them.
Just as Israel had to gather this bread the first of every day and eat it for sustenance, we must seek Jesus first every day.
There is likely more prayer going up to the Father today than any other time in history, yet most of it is about us instead of His purposes.
All fear seeks to control us and replace our faith in God.
Are we pursuing His grace more than any other treasure, relationship, professional success, or even our security?
In our spiritual battle, we must see and understand the darkness we are here to confront.
But let us resolve not to bury any of the talents He gives us but rather to use them all to the max, which requires the boldness of faith.
We do need some self-evaluation, but to mature in Christ is to become less self-centered, less self-focused, and more Christ-centered.
If we remain on the “path of the righteous,” we will have ever-increasing light to see through the darkness and will be even more decisive and bold with our decisions.
While there is such a meltdown of relationships, with God first and then all others, the greatest fellowship, and society there has ever been will emerge and the nations will stream to it.
First, we have Jesus standing at the door of His own church knocking to see if anyone will let Him in!
Where are the watchmen who are awake and sounding the alarm that the enemy is at the gates?
The success of our sojourn will depend on the degree to which we give ourselves to the eternal purposes of God rather than the temporary affairs of this life.
Even within the darkest times of this corruption, the Dark Ages, there were great souls in it who were lights to the world.
No other organization or common entity on earth can compare to what true New Covenant church life is supposed to be and will be before the end of this age.
God’s manifest presence is, in fact, the greatest sign of the end of the age, as we will soon see.
We know from biblical prophecy there will be a church at the end of this age that will be the pure and spotless bride of Christ.
A disciple woke up, went through their day, and went to sleep at night with one thought—how could they learn from their master, become more like him, and do what he did?
We must recognize this control spirit regardless of where it manifests.
