As You Seek My Face

Seeking Your face

and seeking Your Will,

for it’s in Your Presence

I begin to heal.

Seeking Your face

and being with You,

is what I long for

and what I desire to do.

Seeking Your face

soothes my aching heart,

it brings me such comfort

as each new day now starts.

Seeking Your face

and the sound of Your voice,

oh my Beloved Father

will always be my choice.

Seeking Your face

helps relieve the pain,

it gives me a reason

to believe again.

Seeking Your face

gives me Hope for tomorrow,

for daily You show me

You feel my sorrow.

Seeking Your face

lets me know this pain will pass,

for in Your abiding Presence

grief cannot forever last.

As you seek My face

I will heal your heart,

you will find My beloved

you’re not alone, we’re never apart.

As you seek My face

I will remove all pain,

I will strengthen you

so you are empowered again.

As you seek My face

you’ll have clearer eyes to see,

the Bride of Christ that you

were always created to be.

As you seek My face

you’ll see that the enemy cannot come near,

he’s not able to touch or torment you

when you’re abiding with Me here.

As you seek My face

you’ll be endued with My Power,

to help you walk strong

each and every hour.

As you seek My face

I’ll unfold all that lies ahead,

each day holds new adventures

new joys, new land where you will tread.

As you seek My face

and listen to My voice,

you’ll also know in your heart

that you’ve always been My choice!

Though Naomi has education in ministry and serving, she believes nothing can take the place of deeply rooted intimacy with the Lord.
