A Time To Open Up!!!

Across the globe there is a new beginning taking place. It’s the beginning of things that have been closed starting to open up.

During this time where the exterior things have been closed there has been a great opening happening in those that have responded to Jesus knocking on the door of their hearts. He longed to come in and dwell so that our hearts would be awakened to the oneness that would change everything. Oneness with Christ and with one another as He prayed for before going to the cross.

As we have spent these past months dwelling in His presence, lingering in the grip of His love and being resurrected from a slumber that was threatening to dull our senses— it has prepared us like a bride on her wedding day. Today as I walked through some natural doors that have been locked I was reminded of the gates that need to be opened.

“Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.” Psalms‬ ‭24:7‬

As we walk through the earthly doors let’s intentionally bring the King of glory in with us! It is time to declare that the gates of hearts, the gates of cities, and the gates of nations be open to welcome the King of glory.

He began with knocking on our hearts while the world’s doors were closed— and a huge remnant of His people responded and said, “Come in!” He came in and transformed us individually and corporately. He cleaned our hearts and hands and restored us to the foundational truths of the finished work of the cross and to first love.

Now He is knocking on the doors of cities and nations— will we “swing wide the gates and welcome Him in?”

The oneness that has been established has not only ‭restored us but it has established us to carry the authority of our King to rule and reign with Him. It’s time to close the doors to the enemy and his demonic agenda to kill, steal, and destroy those that were created in God’s image. It’s time to speak to the gates on earth to open up and let Him come in to do what He has done in our hearts in our neighborhoods, cities, and nations.

The things that the world saw as sure and secure have been shaken and proven as false security. They are looking and longing for something sure and something secure. Many are so disturbed in their souls and they are looking for peace and hope but they don’t know where to find it. Now is the time for us to carry Christ, through the power of oneness, into the city gates and reveal the God who is never shaken and is always a refuge in times of need.

John 17: 22-23 says,
“And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.”

There is suddenly an unveiling of His bride that has been transformed and drawn into oneness so that “the world will know.”

When they know and they yield— then they will experience peace, joy, and love that helps them through every moment for the rest of their lives. They will worship Him alone and leave behind every other god. He’s coming to reveal Himself as both the King of Kings and as the Good Shepherd. The one who brings justice and grace, judgments and mercy, severity, and gentleness.

As the world opens up let us go through the gates with a shout of “welcome” to the King of glory. Let us open the unseen gates that bring heaven to earth and ask the King to bend down and gather His scattered sheep. May His justice rule and His kindness restore.

We welcome you King of glory!
