From season to season God will cause us as leaders to recalibrate and refocus on the vision of the Lord for our life. The good news is it happens to all of us.
The truth is new leaders and pioneers have to learn and discover who they are in and out of seasons. It can be difficult and even challenging because we feel the wind on many ideas and plans. We can be successful in many things in our lives because we’re anointed to prosper.
But let me say, if we’re not building the Kingdom then we’re unknowingly building something else.
Is it a name, a ministry, an influence, a network, a title, or a tribe? The list goes on and on.
All of these things are benefits and blessings that come from the position we walk in while aligning to our single life’s purpose which is “Kingdom”
Be sure whatever you put your hand on builds the Kingdom of God. If what you’re doing puts you at the center of it rather than Christ then it’s time to shift back to a pure and more clear vision that sets Christ as the center of who you are, what you do, who you reach, who you serve and what your carry.
Don’t get caught up in religion that you miss the Kingdom. Don’t get caught up in “events” that you miss connection and intimacy. Don’t get caught up in “Itinerary”, that you miss the season of rest. Don’t get caught up in “promotion”, when in the season of dying to yourself.
It’s important to note that walking in your divine call and authority will organically make room for you to establish all things that come with leading and pioneering a move of God.
A Few Key Insights I’ve Learned
1. Don’t rush it. (Wait on the Lord)
2. Use the Key of Wisdom. (Listen for the Lord)
3. Focus on drawing those to Christ. (Work for the Lord)
4. Lead at the capacity you walk in. (Lead in the Lord)
5. Let God confirm and others witness. (Fear only the Lord)
6. Don’t force anything. (Let the Lord Move)
7. Sow where you want to go. (Give Unto the Lord)
In this hour and season, there are many who will come to the forefront. They will carry the heart of the Father and the fire of His Spirit.
They will usher in the power of His love while organically and unapologetically walking in their divine calling. The only way this can happen is if we continually bask and behold Christ. Everything we need to do great exploits and leave a legacy in this earth comes out from the place of Christ.
